The hotel's ground floor bar and club create a lot of noise, which can be disturbing. The location is far from attractions and may require expensive transportation.

This hotel was one of the strangest I’ve stayed at. I checked in at 12pm on the first day, knowing that official check-in time was 2pm. I informed the front desk that I had meetings that afternoon and would return very late, which they acknowledged. When I came back around midnight, I found that the room had no towels, no slippers, and no basic toiletries. I assumed perhaps this was an eco-hotel that doesn’t provide such amenities by default, so I asked the front desk. They said they would contact a colleague to bring the items to my room, but after a long wait, nothing arrived. I went back down to ask again and expressed how strange it was — I checked in at 12, even if the room wasn’t ready until 2, they had 12 hours to prepare it. How could basic items still be missing? Their explanation was that according to company policy, such items are only provided after the guest checks in. I found this to be a weak excuse. If it’s a “safety” measure, then how is it that housekeeping was able to enter and clean my room the next day while I was out? Beyond that, the hotel’s actual condition was far below what the photos on booking sites suggested. The details were simply poor — the hallway carpet was visibly dirty, the wooden finishes in the room were old and worn out, furniture was dusty, the trash can was rusty. Even the gym was disappointing: very few machines, a cramped and stuffy room, dirty floors, and rusty equipment. This is far from what you’d expect from a hotel claiming to be five-star. Location-wise, it wasn’t great either — situated under a bridge, which didn’t feel ideal. All in all, this was a very disappointing stay. It felt like there was no real management or quality control. I would not recommend this hotel.

Location not the best as no nearby BTS or MRT. But the room is clean, comfortable and cosy.
The prices and room quality are generally satisfactory. As a boutique hotel, the room decor is antique and emotional, but keep in mind that the cleaning and management are lacking compared to a 5-star level of cleanliness. Having a small drum washing machine in the room is very convenient. The pool is very small, about 3 meters wide and less than 10 meters long. During my stay, it was under maintenance, so I couldn't use it, but even if it were operational, I would not feel inclined to use it. You can also have low expectations for the breakfast; think of it as just a light meal. The location is somewhat inconvenient, making it difficult to walk to the main streets of Thonglor and Ekkamai. Considering the taxi and Bolt expenses during my 3-night stay, it would actually be more suitable to use a higher-class hotel on the main BTS line. The hotel offers a shuttle for major routes, but the schedule intervals are wide, making it unsuitable for frequent use. I appreciate the kindness of all the hotel staff.

One of the best stays for the price! The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are just as lovely. It has every amenity you could need, a hair straightener, microwave, washing machine, and even an ironing board. It’s very convenient and located in one of the best areas. While it’s a little far from the metro station, cabs are easily available. The staff are a delight — warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel itself feels fun yet elegant, with spacious rooms, chic interiors, great service, and outstanding hospitality.

รร อยู่สุดซอยทองหล่อ เดินทางสะดวกดี ห้องไม่ใหญ่ไม่เล็ก ขนาดพอดี มีอ่างอาบน้ำเล็กๆให้แช่ สตาฟด้านหน้าทำหน้าที่ได้ดี ให้ความช่วยเหลือแนะนำดีมาก แต่สตาฟที่ดูที่จอดรถให้บางคนไม่ค่อยมีความกระตือรือล้นในการช่วยหาที่จอดรถเลย แม่บ้าน เป็นสิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุงที่สุดของ รร.นี้ ทำห้องไม่ค่อยสะอาด พักสามคืนไม่มีการเติมของจำเป็นในห้องใดใดเลย อย่างเช่นสบู่ หรือแม้แต่วันแรกแม่บ้านลืมเอาผ้าเช็ดเท้าในห้องน้ำมาไว้ในห้องต้องโทรตาม หรือแม้แต่การคุยกันเองเสียงดังหน้าห้องแขกด้วยคำพูดไม่ค่อยสุภาพ (เข้าใจว่าไม่ใช่ รร. ระดับสี่ดาวห้าดาว) แต่สิ่งนี้ควรจะเป็นพื้นฐานของคนทำงาน รร ไม่ควรลืมเลย อาหารเช้า เสริฟ 7.00 ส่วนใหญ่ตรงเวลา มีวันนึง เลทไป 7.20 โดยสรุป ด้วยดีไซน์โรงแรม โลเคชั่น ราคา คงกลับมาพักอีก แต่ก็อยากให้ปรับปรุงตามที่แจ้งไว้ จะ perfect มาก
