This hotel has multiple branches. This branch is very close to Inaricho Station, which is convenient when taking children to Yomiuriland. The room is spacious and the kitchen equipment is complete, but there are no seasonings provided. There is a coin-operated laundry machine and the staff changes the towels and takes out the trash every day, but the bedding is changed only every four days. Large luggage can be stored and there is a parking lot across the street that charges hourly and daily rates. It is not far from the Toyota car rental and 650 meters from Ueno Station. For those with strollers, it is very convenient to use the elevator at the Iriya gate of the JR station. If I come back, I will choose this hotel again.

Upon check-in, we met a very friendly and lovely front desk staff named GINA, who happened to be Taiwanese like us. She provided us with detailed and thoughtful service, and we were grateful for her assistance during our stay, which made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. The hotel room was designed in an apartment-style layout, and the facilities inside were consistent with the photos. It was very suitable for families to stay together. We chose a Japanese-style room, which had a tatami mat and a window design that had a very Japanese feel to it. It was very cute and we loved it. The hotel is located in a quiet alley, and we enjoyed the tranquility and scenery of the alley during our stay. It was comfortable and relaxing, but once we walked out, we quickly reached the main road. There was a nearby train station, and a little further away was the Ameyoko shopping street, so the overall convenience was very high. It was a very cost-effective accommodation. Overall, we had a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, and we would love to visit again and recommend it to others.

The location is very good, with convenient transportation to both Inari-cho Station and Ueno Station. There are also convenience stores nearby. The room is very clean and comfortable. The reception staff are very polite and friendly. I would choose to stay here again on my next trip to Japan.

The size of room is good. Room and toilet are clean. Near to Inaricho station, supermarket and a small daiso. Can also walk to Ueno station within 10-15 mins, which is convenient as you can take the Keisei-skyliner from Narita airport. Overall a wonderful stay for us!

Perfect for a family of 4 with elementary school age kids”
The biggest advantage of this establishment is that it has enough size to accommodate a full size family while not losing the convenience of having JR Yamanote line nearby. If you try to find a place in Shinjuku or Shibuya, sure the public transportation will be even better but it is very hard to find a family-friendly accommodation while staying close to the JR station. We stayed in a "western style" studio for four nights recently in February. The room is not super specious to a typical American standard but it was definitely enough for two adults and two elementary school kids. Two adults occupied two single beds and two kids slept on two sofa beds which had their own bedding and enough cushion to support kids' back. It is very close to Ginza line probably within 5 minutes. For JR Yamanote line (Ueno Station), you are looking at about 15 minute walk or approximately a half mile distance. It is not hilly, just easy walk but again if you are from the states where you are just not used to walking, some may find it little annoying. There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby and if you make it to Ueno, you will be overwhelmed by the shear number of restaurants and shops that you can explore - probably will take you couple days just around this station alone. Overall I was satisfied with this place.
