The hotel is absolutely great, but the photos on Agoda used for the different room types are inaccurate. I booked the Deluxe King Room specifically because the photos included one showing that the room as a writing desk, however, the Deluxe King Room does not come with the writing desk. When I asked at the lobby they said that’s the Premier Suite, and just the photos are muddled on Agoda). The room was otherwise very nice, so I have no major complaints, but know that the photos are misleading. Plus points: the bed and pillows are very comfortable, the breakfast is incredible, the lobby and cafe/bar is extremely nice..

Overall the price point was manageable comparable to other 5-star hotels, location great to get in and out of quickly, close to MTS. Rooms were slightly smaller however than expected, including bathroom size, definitely opt for the larger Deluxe King Room as pictures are a bit misleading. Some cleanliness issues with the bath towels. However, overall , we felt a great mood and spirit of service from the staff who made the time extra worth booking, cheers!

Breakfast offered many choices to suit all guests. The location offered us easy access to most places by taxi or on foot. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you are in Bangkok. Faultless.

First time staying at Montien due to my regular hotel being fully booked and it was one of the best decision. Upon entering the hotel and checking in, you were greeted by the staffs and presented with a drink. Check in was hassle free and fast. Location was in Surawong and for those that love the night life, I would recommend to you staying here. Hotel was big and extremely clean as well. Bed was soft and big. Extremely enjoy my stay here especially for the value. Would definitely book the hotel again as I am a frequent traveler to Bangkok. The only thing I hope the hotel that could improve on, is to let us adjust the air conditioner in the room.
