Beautiful hotel in a great location”
I stated here in January 2023 and the welcome was lovely on arrival. The staff could not do enough to help during my stay and the room was big and clean. A great choice for anyone visiting Bangkok. Dr Wongyai was particularly helpful and personally arranged a taxi to the airport!

Beautiful, freshly renovated hotel with excellent service”
The hotel is freshly renovated and beautifully designed. Every detail is perfect. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (very good bed). Plus, the hotel and the entire room were super clean. We also had a magnificent view from the 15th floor overlooking the highway, the skyscrapers and a temple. Nonetheless, you hardly heard the road and it was very quiet. The staff was very friendly and super well-trained and fulfilled every wish before we even knew we had one. The swimming pool is great for swimming or to relax. The gym is fantastic - various machines and free weights are available, super new and great workout music. Lastly, the location is very convenient. The metro as well as the BTS are within less than 5 minutes on foot, same for three different shopping malls. Also, there are numerous massage salons right in front of the hotel. This hotel has truely five stars. We absolutely recommend this hotel and we will definitely come again!

Brand New Montien”
I have been stayed in the old Montien for many times. It was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed in Bangkok. I always find the staffs in Montien are friendly and helpful. The new room was nice, spacious and clean. A bit of Aesop feel. Nice restaurant for breakfast, and the chicken rice there was delicious! I would definitely go back to Montien again.

Back again”
This is our regular hotel when staying in Bangkok. It has just completed renovations during the Covid period and has made it even better than before. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. the new rooms are excellent with all you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was served at the table during my stay as the hotel had just reopened. The buffet style breakfast was going to be reintroduced when more guest arrived and from past experience this was excellent. The hotel is in a great location for starting your discovery of Bangkok, hopefully the night market which is opposite will reopen some time this year.

Amazing 5 star hotel after the full renovation, wonderful decoration we love it very much….The Bellboy in front of the door it’s just a exceptional person always so friendly and funny, we really appreciate the atmosphere of the hotel, the location of the hotel it’s just perfect, very close to MRT and Sala Dang BTS Station, and of course very close also to the night attractions and nightlife and Shopping…The place to be! Hôtel 5 étoiles exceptionnel après la rénovation complète, décoration magnifique nous avons adoré ma femme et moi même…. I haven’t been to this hotel for more than 10 years. It’s had a recent refurb and I was delighted with the results. I was there for a function/weekend stay and I would highly recommend it. The staff were excellent and our room was spotless.

I started coming to the Montien back in 1998. It was a grand old hotel then but they have a remodel that has given it a much need lift. Best breakfast buffet around and comes with your room.

We stayed in the hotel waiting for COVID test results. The food was amazing and the stuff was very friendly. Big and comfortable rooms. Everything looks like new. Do not forget to visit the coffee place. Big thank you Patcharin for helping us with travel to Koh Chang. We will go back for sure :)

Not too far away from the more bustling part of the city, and accessible enough to eateries and public transport. Chicken rice at the restaurant was a delight as well.
