Mr. Kinjo properties are always a good deal, but this one was truly outstanding. We stayed as a couple with our 6- and 4-year-old children in a spacious three-bedroom unit, and the price was almost too good to be true. The shared washing machine and gas dryer were free to use, which was perfect for beach days. The gas dryer was especially great because it dries clothes super fast! Unlike many hotels in Okinawa that don’t have bathtubs, this place actually has one — a big plus when traveling with kids. The only downside was the small dining table. It wasn’t big enough for all four of us to eat together, so we had the kids eat first and then the adults ate afterward. It worked out just fine!
First, regarding the facilities, I was pleased that the bed and amenities were very clean and the minimum essentials were provided. In particular, the large refrigerator and the fact that the bath and toilet were separated, allowing for drying, made it more convenient than a beach stay. About the front desk service, I hope for some improvements. The towel exchange from 15:00 to 21:00 doesn't work well for us tourists, as we are usually out sightseeing and don't have the chance to go for a towel exchange. Consequently, we ended up reusing towels for a day. While I understand it's an apartment hotel, I believe it would be better to have a self-service towel exchange system during those hours instead of relying on staff being present. I suspect it might not be in place due to concerns about people taking extra towels, but I would appreciate it if they could consider adjusting the timing. Additionally, the laundry dryer didn't dry well. There was also no vending machine.
Since we only needed a place to sleep, we weren't expecting much, but I was happy that the room had enough space for each of us to unpack our suitcases. The bathroom was also spacious, and there were many hangers along with an indoor drying rack. In the lobby, there were several washing and drying machines, and the room also had a drying function, so I didn't have any trouble doing laundry. The only inconvenience was that the staff was only available between 3 PM and 9 PM, so there were days when I couldn't request things like towel exchanges due to our sightseeing schedule. However, this is my favorite hotel in this price range.
It's just a little over a 10-minute walk from the ferry terminal and the shopping district in Ishigaki Island. Whether you think it's close or far is subjective, but for me, it's within an acceptable range. If I had a large bag, I would prefer it to be a bit closer. The room is clean and comes with a refrigerator that has a freezer and even a microwave. Above all, having a separate bathroom with a bathtub that can be filled with water is the best. The staff are all kind, and I would love to use this place again.

“Cheap price with good location”
It is a very good Budget call for hotel here. Close to the ferry harbor. But u must accept that everything is self service. Even the change of towel and there are no bed sheet change service. But good price is a good price. The bed is comfortable and the room is very very nice
