We stayed in this wonderful hotel for my friend special birthday. Hotel staff were super from reception to porter bar staff waitress. Room so clean. Bed so comfy. Breakfast so lovely and staff smiling throughout the weekend. Can't wait to go back.

Amazing Location and Staff! ”
We loved this hotel. The front desk made amazing recommendations in the area and room service was very prompt. The hotel is located right inside the national park and has bicycles you can take out and ride through the park. I highly recommend this activity.

Simply the best. ”
This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff are very professional, friendly, helpful and they perform every task with what I could sense was a genuine smile. The location is just amazing there is so much to do and you do feel like you are indulging in a secret the Irish wish to keep to themselves. The locals and other visitors are friendly and will share little gems to see. I could wax lyrical about how good our stay was, it does demand a Kings ransom to spend some time there but you will be treated like a king and more.

Relaxing break at a very friendly hotel”
It was a very pleasant and relaxing stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Its great that its also so close to Muckross house and Killarney national park. I stayed in what was described as a "luxury king size room". Although the room was very comfortable and clean, I would say that it was not overly luxurous vis-à-vis the price.For instance, it was hardly much bigger than a standard room and the bathroom did not have a walk in shower as had the standard rooms. There was also no hair dryer in the room.

Great hotel to stay, I would not rate it as a 5 star but it's close, the spa is great with full range from 3 spas, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. Capable gym for a decent workout. Breakfast is amazing, big variety. Rooms are a little small from what's described on the website. Mini bar is only available on request. All round a nice hotel.

Beautiful hotel with elegant decor and super friendly and helpful staff. I loved that I was able to just walk out of the hotel into the National park and go right on to my hike. You couldn’t get a better location to stay if you are wanting to explore the park.

The rooms so warm and we were annoyed because of the paint smell in the room. Also the person from the room service didn't knock the door when they come to clean they open it straight away and we didn't like that at all!!

Discounted rate resulted in discounted room”
Room was not to expected standard. I am sure they gave use a lesser room because of the rate we got through Agoda. We should have gone direct. I am not sure how much business is sent to them by Agoda. But value was not there.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the fantastic and well-equipped spa facilities, the rooms, and the restaurants. We felt pampered. I even enjoyed the red robins making our stay even more pleasant. Everybody was so nice. It was perfect, basically. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay in a beautiful park!”
Normally, I don't stay in fancy places :). But, since it was my wife and my anniversary, figured we would splurge a little :) This place had it all! From awesome door check in folks (thanks Gene!) to excellent reception and concierge (thanks, ladies) to breakfast hostess (thanks Bernadette), to an awesome massage for my wife. The spa/pool/Vitality area were worth the price alone!! I'd stay here in a heartbeat again!

Favorite Stay in Ireland”
We loved Muckross Park Hotel & Spa! Greeted with concierge where they took our luggage to the room and parked the car. Handed fresh lemonade. Excellent restaurants attached with perfect functioning hours. The room was very tidy- the WiFi connection was very fast and easy to link to. Breakfast included a cold buffet and sit-down order hot breakfast as well. The coffee was top tier. The shower was a rain shower head as well as handheld. We put on our robes after a long shower after our hiking in the National Park of Killarney- that happens to be right there! Absolutely lovely- want to return to this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, our stay was perfect! The room was huge and beautifully decorated, our dinner and breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Staff is amazing. Located across the street from the Muckross Abbey, it was ideal for a day of exploration. We will be back!

Did not really care for the overpriced dinner we had our first night at Muckross Was the least favorite food on our whole trip through Ireland and super over priced for what we got We were also charged 80.00 extra for our daughter for two nights when we got there that we were not aware of But the staff and area was fantastic and breakfast was amazing! Would come back but skip the dinner
