"The property is a nice, clean place and I stay there because it is my only choice in Na Chaliang otherwise I would stay somewhere else. My girlfriend lives there which is why I choose to stay in this hotel. The problem I have with this hotel is that I always arrive at the hotel with my girlfriend and as I try to talk to them about who I am and I am checking in, they always turn to my girlfriend and talk to her instead of trying to communicate with me. After 7 or stays at this hotel, i guess it just started to bother me that as a western foreigner the front desk is not very friendly to me. I noticed this time that when Asian guests arrive or return to the hotel the staff from a day out the staff heartily says "hello" or some other greeting but I do not even receive an acknowledgement from them. This is my issue. The hotel is very good place to stay at a very reasonable rate."
