Interesting set-up, be ready to use stairs. Staff are very helpful, great area and great value for money as long as it stays around the 15USD mark. Simple room but spacious. Bathrooms are simple as well but clean enough. The prices for the bike rental and buses are the cheapest that you can get. Honest pricing all around. Beware of the bus to phnom penh though, they do not run on time and could cost you a whole day (arrived around 9PM instead of around 5-6PM). If you want actually good and punctual bus service, you'll have to get the more premium buses at around 15USD such as Vireak Buntham.
