Lovely hotel with big rooms”
my friend and i stayed at new kuta for 2 nights, normally this hotel would be out of our price range but we got a discounted price threw agoda, the room is very nice and had excellent view of the large pool and beach, the hotel also runs a free bus to the beach,new kuta water park and down to kuta and nusa dua, the only down fall about this hotel was that the front desk staff did not communicate with each other! this hotel was excellent for a few days as we are young travellers we prefer legian but would highly recommend hiring a bike to go see padang padang and uluwatu

Good value for your money”
We spent 4 days at Best Western Condotel New Kuta. This is a brand new hotel, so rooms are not even ready. The hotel is located in a resort with an excellent 18-hole golf course, the Indoneasan Open Golf Championship 2009 was organised here. We recommend the golf course to all golf enthusiasts. The fee is not cheap but the location and the course is beautiful. We also recommend to rent a car if you want to move around because the next city, Kuta, is 20 kms from the resort. Our room and bathroom was neat and clean, the staff changed to bedsheets every day. The hotel even has its own medical emergency service which is very convenient if one suffers a minor accident. Overall, the hotel is good value for your money and we recommend it to everyone.

Surf's up”
Great location for beach/surfing. reasonably close to uluwatu, nusa dua and impossibles to make it a cheap taxi ride. Staff at hotel were fantastic - friendly, helpful and efficient. Great value for money and good clean accommodation. Not too touristy and away for bussle of Kuta. not too many restaurants nearby so if you want to eat out a lot it means a 30-60min drive into Kuta (or Jimbaran if you have the $$). All in all a great hotel - better than a lot I have stayed in in Australia. Internet, pool, air cond and gym all good.

The hotel was lovely don't reccoment doing Laundry”
The hotel was lovely, the breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Though thw biggest let down for us was there not being a price list for laundry in the room. On this trip we had previously stayed at 5 other hotel and had the same amount of laundry to be washed which had always came to no more than $7 Australian, with this our expectations of the price in new kuta hotel were expected to be the same. The bill for the laundry was $50 Australian with the charge of one pair of underwear was $1.50 plus an 8% tax on top of the already inflated prices. As this was the second last hotel of our stay in bali we were running low on funds and it was a major scare and massive unconvince we had to cancel adventure bookings for our last two days with no refund on our deposits as we couldn't afford to pay the rest of the fee.

We had a very good time with family!”
It's was a nice experience for me and my family to stay in New Kuta Condotel Bali, the hotel staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, beautiful garden, and we enjoy the food(crisp duck) a lot! We had a good time in the swimming poor too. It located in a quiet place, away form the city, so maybe better form people who looking for some peace, and the dream land beach is about 15 minutes walk distance.

Awesome, friendly staff, you have free luxe transportation to Kuta or Nusa Dua, or even to Dreamland (New Kuta)beaches which is 500 metres from hotel. Not so new, but Very clean, safe, friendly. Bad and shower - awesome. TV have all language channels. Nice Garden. For relaxation only. Прекрасный отель, кровать - просто сказка, персонал отзывчивый и услужливый - не забывайте улыбаться, друзья! Пляж в 500 метрах - туда может отвезти бесплатный шатл и забрать когда скажете, также бесплатно возят на Нуса Дуа и Куту. Прекрасный дворик с белыми голубями и бассейном. Все для спойоного отдыха. Тихо как в раю.

Good Hotel”
Good hotel, good staff, everything is ok. The best thing to do would be go for a walk on the surrounding beaches such as Dreamland right in the front, Bingin the left and Balangan in the right. Ask the locals information about how to get to them. The hotel might be a little far from Kuta so the greatest thing ever was the Kuta Shuttle and the Nusa Dua shuttle, free service. The breakfast was ok, Asian style what can I say not a big fan of but I could enjoy the breads and a nice omelete. The bedroom was ok, good views of the ocean. The bathroom was too small though, but not a problem at all. The staff was cordial and very helpful. Generally a good hotel to stay. We've stayed there for 14 days. The only thing I'd suggest would be a pool bar, but I think they are constructing it though.

This hotel is will become very popular in the future when people are aware of the New Kuta Development Area. We loved the place. Awesome junior suite room. Great pool, great food, live music around the pool. One of Bali's nicest beaches within walking distance. Not to mention a golf course, water park and amazing views of the ocean.

New Kuta Condotel”
I stayed at this hotel for three nights any longer would have bored me a bit. the third day I took the courtesy car to kuta. Every thing about this hotel is top notch lovely pool gym and facilities. there is only one real night entertainment place which is near the beach and boasts the most awesome sunsets and facilities, but this is pretty quiet to. I think at the price it would a lovely honey moon place it would also be great for golfers as there is a awesome golf course between the hotel and the beach. The hotel is so isolated you can walk for a mile without seeing a hawker.

i stay for 2 nights in this hotel, i enjoyed to stay at New Kuta Hotel A Lexington, i loved sea view from my room on high floor..cleanliness room, size room is good and bath room not too big but it's good.. it's perfect to stay If u want to Relaxing or Hibernate, view to Dream Beach & just took 5 min walk to the beach... But Hot Water on my room doesn't work, when i call to room service they just say to wait engineer will come to my room to fix that problem...but they don't come n fix that issue, i hope the staff will be more cooperative & helpful..But Overall my vacation is good...

Very comfortable stay and friendly staff”
A very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a large swimming pool, good food at the restaurant, although expensive compared to local food outlets, and friendly staff. It took over an hour for us to check in, and the hotel does show some signs of wear and tear however, the staff are extremely accommodating and the location of the hotel provides easy access to Dreamland, Bingin, Balangan and Uluwatu.

Budget bliss!”
Well worth the money you pay. Free shuttles to Nusa Dua and Kuta, both are a must! Pool was deserted half the time and with amazing views despite building works going on of the ocean. Very friendly staff, I had one incident in the restaurant but they definitely corrected their mistake and the food is very good there. Drinks expensive but you can take your own in, and they provide 2 bottles of free water everyday. Definitely worth a stay, taxi drivers also invaluable to them, not too pricey and look after you very well wherever you are going, they don't leave your side. Oh and Uluwatu temple and the kecak dance at night is a MUST.

Good value for money”
The New Kuta hotel just was good value for money. Ok, the rooms are not perfect but clean. The AC worked and the bathroom was clean. And the staff was very friendly and delivered great service. As soon as we arrived we rented a motorbike for tthe rest of our stay. You do need that if you want to go out for dinner and to explore the Uluwatu area. Our experience was that we stayed at a hotel with many facilities (motor bikes, big pool, gym, pool bar with great wood oven pizza's) and great service for a very reasonable price. And from there you can perfectly explore Uluwatu and all the beaches.

Great facilities at a good price”
The hotel was offering special rates to boost occupancy. We were able to walk to Dreamland Beach quite easily,a little further to neighbouring beaches. There was a free shuttle bus to Kuta and Nusa Dua. Service was excellent, staff wanted to reservice the room each afternoon- we just opted for a second set of fresh towels.Tea and coffee facilities in the room were much appreciated.

Next to Dreamland Beach”
This is our second visit in this nice hotel. Although it is far from the hectic life of Bali, we found the serenity for our holiday. Near to the famous Dreamland Beach is the main reason we stayed here. Beside that, we love to find the other secluded beaches (just 30 minutes drive from the hotel), like Pandawa Beach, Balangan Beach, Padang-Padang Beach, etc. Also it's just 20 minutes drive to the famous Uluwatu Temple.

New kuta condotel is a great hotel situated at the beautiful dreamland beach. Its surrounded by an 18 hole golf course which is also extreemly over priced. about 140 US. Its very quiet out that way and very peacefull, the hotel staff are very helpfull and very friendly. Situated across the street though is a huge building, it has a beautiful japanese resturant and also a few bars overlooking dreamland beach. apart from the terrible food at the hotel i would definatley stay there again.

i have been to bali on and off for many years and finally a hotel that l could live at, just great.friendly staff with an attitude that "nothing was a problem".rooms were great cleaned properly everyday,resturant food was great but might like to look at changing menu seasonally and again the position, surf,golf and "klapa"!! thanks again for a "great" vacation!

get away from it all”
the new kuta condotel is a short walk to a beautiful surfing beach (waves are too big to swim there), but not close to anything else. it does offer a free shuttle to nusa dua and kuta at preset times, which is helpful. but if you really just want to get away, this place is good- the pool is heated, and very long- great to do laps, especially since there's hardly ever anyone in it. there are also a few inner tubes you can use to just float around the pool. the gym has anything you need to complete your work-out, and it faces the ocean, so it's pleasant in the gym.

I am comfortable with facilities of the hotel such as kuta and nusa dua pickup, a club on beach, and club pickup. If you would like to find a place to relax in your holiday I think "Best Western" with a promotion price is a good choice. For some promotion included taxi service to airport I think it will be better if included taxi service from airport to the hotel.

It was good. This hotel made my 5 days trip to Bali amazing. I chose ocean view and i can see dreamland beach from my room balcony. The room was good and clean. The staff also nice. Hotel provide different kind of food for breakfast. Dreamland beach only 10 minutes walk from hotel. I'll stay there again next time.
