My family and I had a great stay at New World Hotel. All of the staffs are friendly and accommodating. They are also very pet-friendly. The hotel amenities and facilities are also complete and clean. My only negative review is the expensive pet fee (although you can take home the pet amenities they give, I still feel like it is lacking.) All in all though, we had a wonderful time and there may be a repeat visit in the future!
This hotel is in a great location in and exudes modern and classy ambience when you enter the lobby. That's why I am disappointed when we got to our room. It is room 1807. The room needs refreshing. The bathroom door seems like it has swollen and needs effort to push and fully close it and the doorstop is detached from the floor so the door hits the bath tub making a loud noise, the shower enclosure door is out of alignment and doesn't close fully so the water leaks out when we take a shower, the wood panels look tired and needs a bit of rejuvenation, and there's a very bright red flashing light coming from a flashlight mounted on the closer wall which is so bright at night and we had to cover it with the bathrobe. And if you are staying in room 1807 during the day, be warned that there seems to be some kind of an event venue in top of it because there was just constant sound of what seems to be furniture moving and rolling carts or whatever they are. I had to call the customer service because we were recovering from jet lag and the sound was just constant. Having said all of this, I would still recommmend this hotel for the price, location and especially the staff. I fact, we extended our stay for 2 more nights even though we have another hotel booked because we didn't want to go through the hassle of packing and moving or stuff to another hotel. We love the comfortable bed although the pillows were too soft and deflates too easily and we had to request for firmer ones which they happily provided. The staff is amazing and I can't say enough of this. So, I will still recommend this hotel but if you get assigned to room 1807, please consider my review and check with the hotel staff at the check in counter and ask if the issues I mentioned have all been addressed if you consider them as issues as well.

“Wonderful Stay – Perfect Location and Exceptional Service”
I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better—directly across from a mall, which made shopping, dining, and exploring incredibly convenient. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade at no extra cost, and the room itself was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and offering a beautiful view that really elevated the experience. The lobby lounge was another highlight. It had a stylish and relaxing atmosphere, and the food was excellent—a great place to unwind in the evening. To top it off, there was a live music performance during my stay, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations.
