I’d recommend staying at the Nichols Airport Hotel!”
I booked through AGODA for my hotel booking. At Nichols Airport Hotel, They were the most friendly staff. Very professional and Very patient. We received excellent services from all of them, from the shuttle pickup from the airport to the hotel (btw they even waited 2 hours for us, due to missing luggage, someone else grabbed ours the only luggage that was left on the conveyor was one that looked exactly same as ours and thankgod the name and number of the person was written on it, so we called and she had it, so we waited to make the switch) So upon arrival to our check-in with Jenn went very well. Staff were very attentive and caring especially in times of being quarantined due to their government regulations etc. Also Thankyou to Jenn for upgrading our room to the executive suite, that was very appreciated as they suggested. Being quarantined for so many days (6) you get to notice the work of the staff. I find your staff to be hard working, very attentive and provided us with anything we needed. Overall, the staff and facility is excellent. Thank you so much. I'm glad we chose Nichols hotel. I booked this hotel for the closeness to the airport. They had the full board 3 meal plan which is the best plan than any other competitors because they only had breakfast in their plan. The entrance may look deceiving, I was very skeptical to book the hotel, as it is small but inside was decent and clean, the service here was great. The room service and food service was great fast and efficient, the quality of the food is good. The staff is very accomdating, best price , they answered me fast and quick with all my questions and concerns. The other 5 hotels that I messaged didn’t even bother replying back to me only 5 days before I departed Toronto they finally replied which was way too late to reserve, so I just kept my reservation with Nichols as is and hoped for the best until we arrived. Arrived at the airport did some paperwork inside took 2 hours. The van driver and Jay the staff already there patiently waiting on me. They carry my luggage for me which is nice of them. We arrived at facility the receptionist she’s very nice and accommodating. Finished with her and Jay helped me carry my luggage at my room and making sure that everything works. Room was cleaned and I’m worried about the other reviews. So far no problem my room is very roomy and neat. The staff are attentive and very nice and prompt on everything I asked for. I’m here for 10 days quarantine. Definitely will recommend to anyone who will come to Philippines. Feels like I’m at home… Horay at Nichols Airport Hotel I a, very pleased especially with the staffs!

Good value for money”
I booked for family room. They were fully booked and we got free upgrade to an executive room instead for free. Truly appreciated the lucky surprise. The executive room is spacious as we were sharing the room with my mother-in-law. The room is minimalistic and clean. Very near the airport and very convenient to go around to other parts of Manila before scheduled flight. The staff are helpful with getting cabs on time. Good value for money! Will definitely come back. Just bring toothbrush and toothpaste as they do not offer for free. They also serve breakfast at your room very early at 630am so it is quite a bother. Other than this, a good and practical stay. Will definitely come back for future flights.

Beyond expectations”
I would give the hotel an overall rate of 4.8/5. The hotel experience was indeed beyond expectations! From airport pick-up arrangements, check-in, entire duration of stay up to the check out, everything was seamless. The service was indeed great! Room: I am glad I found this hotel. I really enjoyed my quarantine. My room is spacious and clean. There is a sofa, small refrigerator, TV, and a big cabinet. Upon check in, I was given a complementary 4L of water. The restroom is also clean and quite big than usual. I also enjoy a good Skyway view from my room's window. Food: I booked the room with full board meals. I must admit I didn't expect too much because the hotel's fee is very affordable. BUT, I am very satisfied with the food served (breakfast, lunch, dinner) during my 5 nights stay. Upon check-in, I was given a list of food choices for the week of my stay. There are 2 choices every meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and I am able to choose what dish I want. Mostly the dishes are Filipino cuisines. The serving size was more than a typical Filipino serving. Every meal has a complementary drink (coffee for breakfast and juice for dinner & lunch). They also serve some complementary desserts like fruits or some brownies. Staffs: Overall, the staffs are very friendly and polite. From the staffs who picked me up in the airport, the person in the front desk, up to the the staffs who deliver the food every time (they knocked to my door every breakfast, lunch, dinner to inform me the meal is ready). Kudos! Area to improve: I would say everything was great aside from the car noise I can hear outside. This must be probably because of the window. I have stayed in the hotel for 7 nights to comply with new mandatory quarantine protocols when arriving in the Philippines from abroad. It’s a good budget hotel especially for a week stay and with the options of full board meals so don’t have to worry for what to eat for breakfast. lunch and dinner as food delivery are not allowed. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is clean but when you are on quarantine you have to clean the room yourself and change beddings when you like as hotel staff are not allowed to enter your room during your stay. I had a few comments with regards to facilities and amenities.. The hotel is quite old and had a basic shower/ toilet facilities and toiletries are provided no hairdryer and no kettle but I have to ask for hot water flask to keep in my room and they refill it upon request. Variety of meals are being served but meal serving/portions are small so better have your own stack of food during quarantine. I was allocated at the back of the hotel so there was no view and it’s quiet noisy even with the window closed(I’ve only got one window) still you can hear the noises outside and even on the next room. Internet for the few days were interrupted so you have to log on every now and again and telephone lines are poor. Sockets are poorly placed too. Only two plug sockets near the bed but the other one look burnt so I’m only using one as that’s the only socket in the entire room and another two sockets in the toilet which I only used for hair straightener. There was also quite a smell inside the room I have noticed and the air condition is quite noisy. Air condition is individualized not centralised which is recommended when you are on quarantine. Overall stay in the hotel is good. I have high regard with the staff as they are doing their best to satisfy the customer.

I stayed for quarantine and was nervous choosing one based off of experiences I've read online from various other hotel stays. I was pleasantly surprised! Very clean room, friendly staff, and decent food. Also very clise to the airport and the hotel provides a shuttle service. I wish I was given water and didn't have to pay for it, but it was very inexpensive so it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, i had an excellent stay.

A good thing about this hotel is that i can come here with my family to stay the night. To me, i enjoy this hotel because its like a third home because we come here every year when we are travelling to Philippines. I enjoy the food and wifi because thwy give you wifi so you can use it while your in your room and so you dont have to go down to the lobby to get some wifi. I like the staff too because they are friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel to people because its accessible to malls, airports, and other places!

For my 6 days of quarantine, I booked this hotel because they offered 3 meals daily and I was not disappointed. The meals were very good and served timely, can't say enough about the meals served. The staff were excellent and well informed regarding requirements and ensured you had everything you needed during your stay and when ready for checkout. I will stay again

Good Hotel for a Reasonable Price”
The hotel is clean and cozy. The staff is helpful and accomodating. The location is near tye airport and other establishments. My only recommendation for improvement is to provide atleast a toothpaste and a disposable toothbrush in the room.

As a hotel that's been around for so long, they have maintained better standards to accommodation. Their rooms are spacious compared to newer hotels but their prices remained competitive. Their coffee shop serves good breakfast food. You can buy snacks, slippers, and other items at the front desk.

All was fine. Clean, good service, etc. Only thing was the Internet would stop connecting two or three times a day. Maybe because we at 6th floir and router far away. Everything else was good. No insects.

Would recommend to everyone”
Pros: The hotel is 11 mins to NAIA terminal 3. Clean room and the beddings smells good. You can barely hear the outside noise. Hot shower is a plus. The staff are very nice. Alot of restaurants close to the hotel. SM mall of asia is like 12mins from the hotel if you are looking for mall to shop. Cons: Hotel doesn’t have a 24hr front desk its only from 6am-12mn. I requested an extra towel called 3x and wasn’t delivered till the next day. Over all I have a great experienced with this hotel.
