If we forgot to put the "do not disturb" sign, they would call to ask if we wanted cleaning service that day. The room was also very good, with a great location and many convenience stores nearby. Accommodation dates: 2023.10.26~10.30 1. The hotel location is great, only about a 5-6 minute walk from Exit 9 of Hongik University Station, and it's not difficult to walk even with a large suitcase. It's also close to shopping areas and several famous restaurants (such as Bridge Village, Hundred-Year-Old Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup, Kind Sausage, Doma Korean Beef, and Egg Drop, which is popular among tourists). It's also convenient to buy food as there is an Emart 24 convenience store and a small supermarket downstairs. 2. The front desk and cleaning service staff were all great. Every night when I returned to my room, it was very clean, and the bathroom amenities and refrigerator water were replenished and updated daily. 3. "Personally," there were two small things that I found a bit disappointing: a. The room type I stayed in didn't have any outlets on either side of the bed, only an infinite charging board on the wall side, so it was impossible to charge my phone while using it in bed. b. The lighting in the room was very dim, all yellow light, and there was no full-length mirror, so it was a bit difficult to see the whole body or for women to do makeup. Overall, the accommodation experience was very good, and I would consider staying here again in the future!

I have seen many reviews saying that the rooms do not soundproof well. However, if there are noises from other parts of the building, the soundproofing is actually better than many schools in Thailand. Sometimes there may be loud noises from outside, such as passing cars, that are too loud to be blocked out. Overall, everything else is good.

Strategies location, just a 5 mins walk from Hongik Univ station exit 9. Hotel surrounded by lots of shops like GS25, CU, kyochon etc and it is very near to hongdae street. Love the hotel room design, clean and well maintained. The staff are really nice and friendly, they assist me to call for a taxi to Incheon airport. Overall it was a great stay for short vacation and I will definitely come back again! Highly recommended to those who plan to visit Seoul!
