GREAT CHOICE, VERY NEAR BTS STATION @ PHRA KHANONG”

This is one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok, mostly because of its location. It is just few hundred meters walk to the nearest BTS station. Single women may find the dark alley a little sketchy, but as someone who has been in Bangkok for an extended period of time, I haven't ever felt unsafe as a male. It would be nice if someone installed some street lights along the access alley. In addition to the great location, this is a very small hotel, with more of a "homestay" feel. The floors and stairs are wooden, and the rooms are small but nicely renovated with modern finishes. Perhaps more important to many, the nightly rate (about $22 US) is among the lowest for any location along Sukhumvit. Staff are very welcoming and they work hard to ensure that every guest is happy. At the date of our travel, something came up that I and my husband will not be able to go to Bangkok, therefore forcing my sister, her two children and my 80-year old mother to travel on their own. I informed Nine Plus Loft of the situation right away and without me asking, Mr. Raj and Ms Rose volunteered to monitor the whereabouts of my family from the airport going to their place. Same thing goes on the date of departure. The van that I rented to send them to the airport was late. It was Mr Raj and Ms Rose who called up and talked to the driver. And they even informed me when my family already reached the airport. The room is big and clean. There's a table in the terrace where you can eat. Bottled water and coffee is too many. My sister told me that Ms Rose even offered them to tour to the temple, have given her coins for the train and considered changing the room to the lower floor because of my elderly mother. I appreciate the effort they made to make my family's stay pleasant.

The place is very near BTS Phra Khanong station and very affordable price. however, there were no 7-11 nearby. the balcony is kinda dirty because of pigeon’s poop but its ok. shit happens haha the staff at first looks mad when i came early. but when she said that i have to come back at 1pm for check-in and i answered in Thai, i realized she’s not especially when she knew i speak Thai [it’s typical for Thai people to get intimidated or shy for foreigners but when they knew u can speak their language (even a little), it makes them comfortable and warm]. i may try other cheap hotels when i come back in Bangkok but definitely Nice Plus loft will still be in my list to be considered soon.

The stay at Nine Plus Loft was comfortable. What I like the most was the fact that Mr Rach allowed me to do a very early check in and negotiated with me a late check out. I really appreciated that. The place is very close to the BTS, convenient and good for the budget traveler.

Most recommended place to stay for budget- wise travellers”

The location is very near the BTS phra kanong train station which is only 2 minutes walk. The train is the most reliable transportation for the city to save you so much time in hopping from one attractions to the other. Mr. Raj the owner is very considerate in every request we made i.e late check ins/check outs. The price of stay is very cheap. The rooms are always clean. I will choose again this place if I go back in Bangkok.

It’s very cozy and personal, more like a homestay than a hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the room renovation was recent, with modern finishes, hot shower, good ac and a tv in case you need to take a break from the real show, which is being on the streets of Bangkok. Its location near the Phra Khanong BTS is ideal and unbeatable at $25/night. The owners are very kind, too.. and staff will keep your room clean and well-stocked. Thanks again! I will see you again!

It’s a little tricky to find. The owner actually came out to street to direct taxi. There really was no check in. They took me directly to my room. Took photo of passport. The room is smaller than what I’m use to but it’s still a great place. The bed is extremely comfortable. The tv has numerous channels with English. There’s a refrigerator and kettle. AC, wifi. Hot water in shower. There’s a small patio that’s closed in with a table and chairs. There’s also a ceiling fan in room and patio. There’s an outlet on patio to charge your device. It’s a great place to sit and have breakfast as it’s not directly in sunlight. It’s a very quiet place. About 1 - 2 minute walk to BTS. This will be my new go to place. There’s also a washing machine to do your laundry and a clothes rack on patio. I don’t have any thing negative to say about this place other than it’s smaller than what I’m use to getting.

the room is very near to phra kanong bts skytrain. just 3 min walk in 200m distance. all basic facilities such as heater, kettle, tv and fridge are provided. we had nice 4 nights stay here and would recommended to others too! tq 9+ loft

The best hotel with great service and great location.”

I really really love this hotel because it meets my needs and well-organized. 1. This hotel is very close to BTS, restaurants, coffee shop and convenient store. You can walk to every shop because it’s so close. It took less than 3 minutes from the hotel. 2. Staff is so lovely and very helpful with everything and The OWNER is sooooo kind and I am very impressed by her service. 3. The room is very clean and bed is so soft, here they have everything you needed: TV, Aircon, Fan, Washing machine, Iron, Glass, Water, Dishes, folk and spoon, kettle , table, chair, cupboard , clothes hanger and balcony in every room. 4. I feel very safe to stay here. It’s a quite place and they have CCTV. You need to use keycard to enter the room at night. I love it. I only see positive things about this hotel. I could say you are making the right choice to stay here :) I also recommend this hotel to all friends on Facebook as well because I really like this place :) so happy with this hotel.

Room is OK but not as big as dimensions suggest!”

For the price it is probably value for money but I do not believe that the room, even if the balcony is included, is 36 square metres. I have stayed in big rooms that were listed as 32 square metres and this room is a good deal smaller. I always go by dimensions of rooms rather than pictures (which can frequently be out of date) when selecting rooms. The hotel is close to BTS and down a quiet alley so there is not much noise from the street, however the walls appear to be quite thin so you can hear people talking in the adjacent room. The cleaning service was good but not every day. Good range of english channels on TV, if that is important to you, although reception not always good! There is very little closet space, there is little hot water in the shower, the bathroom light fitting was not secure in my room (I mentioned to the maid but she did not speak much english), and sometimes water appeared on the bathroom floor (looked like it was coming from behind the wash basin).

No frills accommodation”

This small hotel is not easy to find at first. Our grab driver had to call the hotel before he finally located it. The photos on Agoda are more flattering than the actual place. Our king bed room is very spacious, with a balcony that faces another building. The place is quiet at night and we were able to get undisturbed sleep for the 3 nights that we were there. There is a kettle and fridge in the room and ample supply of drinking water at the corridor area which we can help ourselves to. The bathroom is clean but the showerhead holder was broken which was really annoying. The young lady who attends to the hotel could be more friendly, she is unsmiling and looking stressed up most of the time! Location wise, it is convenient as within 3 mins walk from Phra Khanong BTS, with several cafes and a supermarket close by. Overall, I think it's good value, just not have high expectation.

Superb experience!”

This place has a limited room availability and we’re happy that we get to catch an available room in time for our stay. It’s easy to find, just bring along a Google Map with you so you will not be confused. It’s near BTS station at around 5 minutes walk BUT THE PLACE IS SO QUIET AND YOU DEF RELAX! We only get to see 1 female staff and we think she can’t converse in English very well but it’s okay, she’s not rude. Housekeeping kept our room clean and we got our supply of bottled water. Room was spacious considering its cheap price and has a fast internet connection. This is a highly recommended place!

The hotel location is very good. It's near BTS Phra Khanong. The hotel staff is good.Only one staff is there. She does her normal job well. She even does your laundry at cheap price. There is no restaurant in the hotel. Nyz there are restaurants in waking distance. Even you can enjoy street food nearby in the morning n evening. But at night street food is not available.

Hotel with the appearance of residence located in a side street 2 minutes walk from bts phra khanong. Thoughtful staff who speak a base English. Spacious and clean rooms equipped with TV, aircon and minibar. Some rooms have a large balcony. Coin-operated washing macchine at the entrance, friendly owner who speak a eccellente English. Reasonable price. This is my choice for the monthly bkk apartment.

Summer Hill then you will see a road with muticabs/taxi terminal walk straight and on second street on your left you will see a sign "NP" follow the sign and you will reach your destination. Love the place and would definitely stay again in the future.

This hotel is small, has friendly staff and is located conveniently close (2 minutes walk) to BTS Phra Khanong. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Prices are very moderate. I'm staying here a lot.
