“6D5N Holiday to New Year Stay”
Cons: 1. No heating system in room, needed during cold season. 2. No exhaust in bathroom, then shower steam will pass through smoke detector so use with caution to avoid alarm. 3. Needs to reseal bathroom tiles when water floods flooring, it passed through the wall to the bedroom floor. 4. No refridgerator (I'm aware of it, I've read and asked them. Suggest to read thoroughly first and ask since some rooms have fridge). 5. Tight space, we brought 2 medium sized luggage and 1 carry-on. We strategized to open 1 luggage at a time. 6. Didn't change our bedsheets, we used the same for the entire 5days stay. We didn't request but there should be initiative as well like change the sheets even once. Suggest to inform/request then to linen change. 7. Didn't mop bathroom, nor sweep floor. 8. No carpet/rug in the bedroom, maybe as expected due to the waterflow/shower. 9. Hard to poop since there's no exhaust in the bathroom and there's a gap in the door. Suggest to open window and bring perfume. Pros: 1. For us, we had comfortable sleep, bed's really firm and big. Might able to fit 3 person. 2. Good water heater and supply for both shower and sink. 3. Well lit room. 4. Approachable staffs and reponds to email/inquiry <3 5. Fair value since we booked during the holidays. 6. No pests in room. 7. Great location, close to bank, café, convenience stores, straight walk from Jordan station and underpass from across the street, close to bus stop. 8. View was okay, we stayed at a high floor and facing another building. 9. Minimal noise from other rooms, don't expect complete silence and don't make too much noise as respect other guests. 10. Available luggage storage upon early (they give you a claiming tag and you place it on your items, & its somehow safe there). Since no early check-in, we left our luggage with them before check-in even after check-out so we can explore more before flight. Overall experience: If you're on a budget, not a picky/sensitive guest, wants accessibility/conveniences to stores and transportation, then this is one of the perfect hotel stays for you. Don't have high expectations, just adapt, be wise, and enjoy the entire experience. Happy travelling!
