Location was great everything is in walking distance love it. Just that its a very independent boutique hotel so please dont expect them to serve you ! which we love as we got our own privacy . There is free water and coffee at lobby love that. overall great place

Acceptable”

The hotel location is good and the staff are friendly. However, the floor of the room was not cleaned and found cockroaches. no soundproofing I could even hear a cough from the next room, and it was noisy with music from a nearby club until late at night.

Super convenient”

Hotel provides free unlimited hot tea and coffee, even drinking water! thats a good accommodation. Tong Team Toh, a famous good north thai cuisine restaurant is just right opposite the hotel too. Nimman area is a place where you can find a lot of nice cafes. all are within walking distance.

Good location in Nimman area. Alot of nice cafes within walking distance. The Thai restaurant opposite hotel is a very nice place for dinner. Staff at the reception speaks good english and was very helpful. Helped us with booking a car with local ride hailing app to the airport (much cheaper than GRAB). Reception open 24 hours. Have freeflow coffee and drinking water (with nice bottle) at the lobby. VERY VERY NICE COFFEE. Room is cozy, bed is comfy, pillow a little too soft. Toiletries are quite well equipped, hair dryer included too. Plus point is that they have air purifier in the room. Only down side is that the pool is rather small and with no privacy. But is nice to take a picture. And hotel 1st floor has alot of mosquitos. Recommended stay!

Great location in a busy area full of restaurants and coffee shops. Right in front they have the best Italian restaurant of Chiang Mai, it's called Why Not? So for me was super easy to get a great dinner just by crossing the street.

Best beds of all the hotels we stayed in for a 5 week trip in Thailand. The hotel is beautiful and has a great atmosphere. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was a good base to go on day trips.
