Came in on a 8am flight, ask if early check in was available but was told it's a ฿500 charge. Sad that for a few hours they ask for half a 22hr rate. Waited to check in till their 2pm policy and after settling in the room tried to go to sleep. There was a family across from the floor whose kids were yelling and repeatedly slaming doors for close to 30 minutes. I know the hotel doesn't have control over guests but it made it impossible to sleep. When that stopped I was able to sleep only to wake to hammering coming from the other side of the shared wall of my room, this went on for 15 minutes before I got up and went into the hall. A cleaning staff saw me and asked if I was sleeping and told her yes. She went to the construction room and spoke to the person hammering who stopped. As I went back to bed I could hear hammering coming from futher down the hall but I was finally able to sleep. Around 7pm a Thai woman started yelling and arguing in the hall for over 10 minutes, no regard to the other people on the floor. It was such a nightmare and I desperately needed sleep so I ended up checking out to move to another place. The hotel would have been great if it wasn't for the constant noise and disruptions 😔
It’s clean and close to the airport. Make sure you have an equivalent of 500 bht for the deposit in cash. I love the gym in the open space infront of the concierge, so I could use it while waiting for the taxi. The train to airport is not working unfortunately and I was hoping use it.

Turn left into the main street, and there are so many stalls by the market. Good food and environment. Good quiet location. Just get a taxi from any station nearby. No problem. Room Good size and comfortable with lovely shower. Will stay there again next time.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was simple but very clean. It was easy to get to from the airport. I liked staying here and I thought it was 10/10 because of the low price and close to the airport.

“Amazing hotel”
Beautiful hotel. Spacious and clean. I have a sensitive back so a good mattress is important to me. Great mattress here. Only problem is that it’s a bit far from Bangkok city, but it’s really close to the airport. So it’s great for those wanting to fly out from Suvarnabhumi. The reception staff are hit/miss depending on who you get on the day. The English speaking staff are pretty helpful. The non-English staff really don’t make any effort and frustrate you. I wanted to print off tickets to a Muay Thai event but the non-English receptionist just would not make any effort to try and communicate with me. Then when the English speaking staff member was walking past, I asked her and she did it for me without any problems. I understand that I’m Thailand and English is not the spoken language here, but at least the staff should try and make an effort to communicate with you… Make an effort to do the job you’re being paid to do! I tried going back and forth with her via google translate but she just couldn’t be bothered. It’s not that she tried and couldn’t understand - she just wasn’t bothered to make the effort. Just flat out told me “no English” and didn’t even try to use the app to communicate with me. It’s a shame, because otherwise my experience would’ve been perfect. Just fi the job you’re paid to do, and just show a little effort to try and communicate with non-Thai speaking guests!
