“Great hospitality and helpful staffs ”
I do love this hotel so much and enjoyed our every moments here. Starting from the room which for me is huge and comfortable. The facilities are complete and the price is very affordable considering the level of the hotel. The service is just marvelous and top tier. The worker have occasionally saved us from a lot of difficulties. Firstly, they allowed us to check in early around 11 am which is a very huge bless. Secondly they are very friendly and not tired in helping us entertaining our absurd request. Thirdly, they kept our begs safely after we check out to explore Phnom Penh town before our bus to Siem Reap during night. Lastly, they allowed us to get the room for us to shower and prepare ourself. We couldn't thank this hotel especially staff name Bou Hongli and one of the male staffs. Please give her a proper appreciations and reward her accordingly for her commitment towards her customers. We totally appreciate the hotel services and hospitality to treat the customers well. Others than that, the hotel is very comfortable, the decorations is very nice too and the location is quite strategic not very far from tourist attractions area. The view from the rooftop is also very awesome. The sad thing is we can't swim in the swimming pool due the maintenance. But it was informed prior our visit. Definitely a memorable experience and recommended for those who are looking for a great hotel with affordable rate.
