“Need to Check & Reply Email”

The Manager at the reception who can communicate limited English. Anyway, there was no reply of my email. He said he's / they're busy! On 5th May, it's the PH in Japan, & so the staff at Guesthouse. Not till 4pm of their official check-in Time. If need to leave luggage at the premises ¥500 (But I'm sure whether they charge per piece or not) Convenient location, within 10mins from the Monorail ~ Prefectural Official Station, then across a short bridge over a small River) The Manager at the reception speaks limited English. He said he's busy no time to check my email! This Guesthouse charge ¥500 for leave luggage.( But I'm not sure do they count on per piece or not) Fairly size & equipped kitchen on the ground floor. Air conditioning was on the premise while I stayed. Lawson convenient store just 50 meters at the back of the Guesthouse.

    “Very good”

Budget hostel that covers the basics, but there are better options nearby if you're not looking for the absolute cheapest accommodation. Happened to visit when virtually all other accommodations were sold out so this was the only decent option. With the amount of beds on each floor the smell of BO was unavoidable. Same with the loud snoring, so bring a pair of earplugs. The toilets and showers were relatively clean thankfully. The common area and kitchen are closed during parts of the day and the only other common area is outside with a few patio chairs and tables.

“As a facility simply for sleeping, it's outstanding.”

During the day, it’s often busy, so it's really great for those who just want to take a shower and sleep. Being able to spend the night reasonably allows for fully enjoying the daytime. The private rooms are not bunk beds, so there's no need to worry about noise from above or below, and the space on the bed is quite spacious, which is very convenient as there’s also a small shelf and space to hang clothes. As for the clientele, I don't mind the high number of inbound guests at all, but it was quite common to see men wandering around in their underwear visiting the same group of women on the female-only floor... even though I'm sure they didn't mean any harm, there were occasionally some who violated the etiquette, so it might be something to consider for those who are sensitive to that. There's a convenience store right in front, and it's within walking distance to the nearest station and Kokusai Street. The location is convenient, and the facility is kept clean. I would like to use it again.

    “Space, Smells, and Sounds”

You most definitely get your value for your money at this hostel as it is very cheap and provides the minimum! I liked the space in the single-bed dormitory as it was spacious and I could hang my clothes freely in my own little area. I really appreciated the black-out curtains. The shelf above the bed is also a nice touch to hold my belongings as lockers cost some money. There were some smells in the restrooms and especially in the shoe area when you first enter. The showers are good with adequate space and it seems to be taken care of. Just make sure to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body soap as well as your own towel! The area in itself isn't too bad since it's close to Kokusai Dori, but you can hear the drunk people in the early mornings yelling and sirens of police cars in passing. That isn't something the hostel can necessarily control, but as a female solo-traveler, safely is also important! Overall, if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, here is not a bad option :)

    “Convenient and comfortable.”

The usage times for the shower and washing machine are set, so it is necessary to pay attention to that point, but overall, I was able to spend my time comfortably. Thank you very much.
