"The location was great as it is inside the old city. Many temples were just a walking distance. There is also no problem with transportation as you can find tuktuks, red taxis and grabcar easily. Breakfast served is also delicious. The staff were very helpful and courteous. They were always willing to help and greet us with a smile. The room was spacious and clean. I just did not like the smell of the bathroom. Nevertheless, it is okay since we do not stay at the room always. "

"We were pleasantly surprised with our stay here. The hotel is located in the Old City and close to a number of very interesting temples. As others pointed out, the bathrooms could use an upgrade but the hotel is clean, the beds comfortable, a large flat screen television with many English speaking channels. The Wi-Fi worked excellent in our room and everywhere in hotel. And did I mention they have a great little pool for cooling off after a hot day hiking around town? The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk helped us book a trip to Chiang Rai and everything worked out great. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. You will be hard pressed to find a better value for the money. I'd also recommend booking your hotel with the included breakfast. The breakfast has a good selection of both western and Asian items and you could even get omelets or eggs cooked to order. Coffee, tea, juice, toast and a good selection of fresh fruits were also available. Next trip to Chiang Mai I won't need to research a place to stay, I'll be staying here."

"We very much enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. The people running the place were so sweet and very helpful. The location was an easy to walk to almost anywhere in old city. The breakfast was sufficient and the coffee and water on hand 24/7 was nice. The only negative thing I have to say is about the room. The bed sheets weren’t always very clean and the shower water kind of takes over the whole bathroom- which I realized was a pretty common theme in the hotels I stayed at in thailand. There’s no separation of shower and rest of the bathroom so whole bathroom floor collects about an inch of water when showering. I want to add that the people at the desk helped us book an elephant tour and called an airport cab for us. There’s some very affordable, nice western restaurants nearby if thai street food isn’t your thing. "
