1. I paid for breakfast even though I didn't add it to my reservation, but the variety was limited and they only served instant coffee. It's not even a cheap price at 200 baht per person, and the quality is too low. I saw a staff member cutting pineapple at the bar, but when I asked if they had any fruit, they said they didn't have any and didn't offer any from the fridge. Please either include pineapple in the breakfast menu or provide better staff training. 2. The room was clean, spacious, and excellent. 3. The refrigerator worked well and the ice was plentiful. 4. There is a laundry service available for 160 baht per bag.

Since staying in this area, I have enjoyed and appreciated the cleanliness, smell, and good service of the welcoming staff. Everything is excellent, perfect, and the price is the best value for money. There is one thing that I would like the hotel to improve, which is the issue of entering and exiting the room for cleaning. During my first stay in early September, after a long day of work (I think it was a Sunday), I wanted to sleep in but forgot to hang the "do not disturb" sign and turn the wheel on the door. It turned out that the staff did not knock on the door before entering and just opened it, which startled me. The staff quickly left without apologizing. Last weekend, I still loved everything about the hotel, so I booked another stay and blamed myself for not being careful last time. This time, I hung the sign and locked the door before going to bed. However, during a morning meeting, I heard loud noises, including the sound of the door next door closing, which lasted until 1:30 pm. I thought I would be angry if I were sleeping. Then, the housekeeper (probably not Thai) shook the door handle and knocked loudly. I got up to open the door, but as soon as she heard me, she ran to the end of the hallway. I looked at the sign and it said "do not disturb." I really like this hotel, everything about it, except for the loud noise of the cleaning staff.

New rooms, Old soul”
In my past trips, I have passed in front of this hotel countless times without staying. This time, I had one more night to spend in Bangkok, so I chose to spend it here. It is really a nice place. I should start by the only negative I could find: unless you’re in one of the pricier executive rooms, you will probably see a wall when you look out of the window. I suggested that they install art, sculptures, color, shapes, words, or anything that could put a smile on one’s face when peeping outside. It could bring a special touch on top of the attention they already give and it would show how they care about what guests feel. The room I stayed in was spacious with high ceilings, it was decorated with taste and the bed was very comfortable. It also couldn’t have been cleaner; the housekeeping team certainly has the best skills. The WiFi was not the fastest, the shower was not the strongest, but both were honest. I am currently sitting in the lobby after having checked out, while writing this review and eagerly looking for more to say. Maybe I am just finding an excuse to extend my time here before moving to my next destination. My feeling is that sometimes you book a stay because you were motivated by something you carry in your heart. It could be a past experience, something from your own home or ideas you are pursuing. I am currently in the center of these three thoughts and will maybe need to return here to understand what tingles me. There are places that give you in one night what others will not in ten days. I will be happy to come back.
