It was my first trip to Japan and I was debating whether to do it cheaply or more generously. However, since it was the season, some facilities like hot springs were restricted. While I was contemplating, I came across this hotel and found that the hot springs and other facilities were really well-maintained. 1. Although I don't speak Japanese well, there were staff who could speak Korean, so there was no difficulty in communicating and understanding explanations. 2. The breakfast had a Japanese home-cooked feel and there were also bread options, so you could choose what to eat. The only downside was that if you had to choose, the menu was the same every day. However, I enjoyed it. 3. Hygiene-wise, it felt a bit uncomfortable outside the room since I was walking barefoot, but they provided disposable slippers, so it was okay. 4. They provided everything, so you don't need to bring any toiletries. There was toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room, and if you go to the bath, there was face and hand wash, body shampoo, and conditioner. The scent was also nice. Since luggage is usually a problem when traveling, they had everything you needed, so women who wear makeup could just bring one cleansing product. 5. The late-night snack, ramen, was delicious. It was a good amount, not too much or too little, and had a great taste. Osaka has a lot of food, so I ate all day, but I was still unsatisfied, so I had the hotel's late-night snack, which was really good. 6. There were smoking rooms on three floors, which was really nice. There were vending machines, and especially the milk next to the vending machine on the second floor was a bit expensive, but it was really rich and delicious. The free ice cream and yogurt were the best. 7. After checking out, I had some time before my flight, so I asked the front desk to store my luggage. I was so grateful because I found my luggage easily after a quick meal, and I was able to enjoy Osaka with both hands free. Of course, everyone has their own travel style, and locals may be different, but the hotel I stayed at was really great. Everyone was kind, and it was an impressive trip to Japan. It was a very satisfying trip for the mid-range price.

Overall review: Very satisfied with the location, service, and cleanliness. -Location: It is within walking distance from Nankai Namba, and there is a station right in front of the hotel, making it convenient for transportation. It is also close to Dotombori, and within walking distance to places like Kuromon Market and Bic Camera, making it easy to buy gifts or items and bring them back to the hotel. -Service: The staff speaks fluent English and explains everything well. Although there is no daily room cleaning, towels are left outside the door between morning and afternoon, which is convenient. If additional items are needed, they can be requested at the front desk. -Facilities: The room itself is not very large, but it is suitable for two adults and two suitcases for traveling. In addition, the large public bath is available for use except during cleaning times, so the shower in the room was not used. The public bath has a Korean bathhouse feel, and the TV in the room shows the congestion level, making it possible to bathe when there are fewer people. At 9 pm, they provide simple soy sauce soba, and ice and water are easily available in the lounge. Free coffee is also provided in the morning.

Personally, I really liked this accommodation. It was located not far from the station and close to Dotonbori. When we went there, there was no one who spoke Korean fluently, but there was no problem communicating. The accommodation was very clean and surprisingly spacious. It was very convenient to be able to leave our luggage before and after check-in/out, and what I liked the most was the hot spring. There were basic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower room, and I was surprised to find foam cleanser and shaving cream as well. The hot spring was so good, and after enjoying it, they gave us ice cream, which was a complete healing experience. The Hershey's-like snack was really delicious and I keep thinking about it. If I go to Osaka again, I will definitely stay at this accommodation!

This is a fantastic hotel. Location to supermarket, shopping, dotonbori, and trains can’t be beat. Hotel was more traditional Japanese, which I appreciate, and they had an onsen (though I didn’t use). The late night free ramen was a beautiful and unique touch, along with the night wear. Very clean hotel. Very well looked after and staff were very kind and lovely. They also had a weight scale for luggage near the foyer which is just so thoughtful. The design of the hotel as a whole was excellent. My two criticisms ( aside from the size of the rooms but its standard size in Japan), is the noise insulation. It’s possible it was just our room facing the street (level 9). For my wife and I, it was not an issue sleeping as we use Bose Sleepbuds routinely to sleep. However, if you’re a light sleeper, you may struggle without some foam tips. I think there’s either a fire station or hospital nearby as we regularly heard sirens. The other criticism was the aircon. In our room it was positioned to blow directly onto the bed (even after adjusting the vents on the remote). Subsequently, my wife got cold but I needed it on otherwise it was too hot. Finding the balance/temp took time over 3 nights for us. In an ideal world, the vent would be not facing the bed (though might not be the case in other rooms OR some travellers actually prefer it this way). Good news is there’s curtains to curtail the morning light. Overall, I would definitely stay again. It was a remarkable hotel with fine Japanese hospitality.

I never thought there would be a hotel that matched my requirements so well. First of all, I really like their "shoes off" policy, which makes the entire hotel environment very clean. I feel as comfortable at the hotel as I do at home. Secondly, I like the hotel's facilities, which are very considerate, including in the room, hot spring, restaurant, and even the elevator... What's also great is the catering provided by the hotel. Breakfast items are varied and of good quality. There is also free ramen provided in the evening. In short, every detail of the design of this hotel is perfect. I will stay here again next time I come to Osaka. I also highly recommend it to all my friends.
