I love how the villa is design and situated out of the busy city area. The shower is magnificently beautiful with a slight open concept. I can star gaze in my bathtub. Having afew breakfast options would be great.

Hotel is Good but not tuned for INdian Clients yet”
I had a group of 35Passengers out of which I booked 9Passengers in this hotel. Each one of them came unsatisfied as for Food is concerned and apart from all good services Food is something which makes a Indian person unhappy if not right. In Breakfast apart from Tea / Coffee there was nothing not even Continental to eat and they were only provided 2Paranthas each every day ??? its not even the normal breakfast even if it is not Indian at least they should have Continental Or American Breakfast spread. I will use the property and suggest only if they do the correction on their Breakfast inclusions and update.

The resort is quire peaceful but it is far from city. There is a nice restaurant with free KTV, snooker, and other board games. Good to come with family to enjoy the weekend and let's the children explore the nature.

Not bad, pretty bath area at exective villa”
We stayed at the exective villa, and the room was pretty! I especially liked the opened air bathtub + jaccuzi and rain shower :) It was hide away from the busyness of the city and good in quite and relaxed atmosphere. This hotel is good for those who doesn't want to do anything and just want to relax. The restaurant in the hotel could be improved more as so many menu were out of ingredients and they could give only little choices... Breakfast, wifi are not included anymore. and there is no grocery shop opened anymore! so be prepared to stay at this place! :)

Room was relatively good and spacious. Worth the price. Would be a great experience for people who loves the nature as toilet facilities were in the open. Bedsheet had stains and water heater was not working. But pther than that was an amazing stay

The hotel was i stay is std family room with double Decker, the area too small , if the guest are too large size , might not suite to this room. mosquito a lot , even close the window, the mosquito make cant sleep , hotel no provide any mosquito spray or .... the rest look fine.

The family suite is big and spacious but the kitchen equipped with utensils is a set back. The bbq pit lighting is not bright enough. The bedroom is a bit small and not equipped with basic free coffee/tea. Overall not much can do over at the resort but have to go out the surrounding nearby area for other activities.

We came to a partially cleaned unit. Our toilet door was not able to be locked till maintenance was done. Our refrigerator stopped working overnight and there was no response from the management or resort customer service till 6-7 hours later where we got a replacement fridge. Also, I was told there is a pet cafe when I called in a day earlier but to our surprise, it was no longer there.

No Wifi. No handsoap. Front desk staff was helpful but rude. We did not get access card even on the last day. Forgot to give breakfast coupon. Floor is dirty and dusty, need to wear slippers. Most cafe inside the resort are closed down. ~~~~~~~~ Good point: Since it has nothing... It is a good place for kids to learn countryside life. It is hard.

Rude Staff & Limited Facilities ”
Staff was impatient. No guidance or map was given to reach the room and we were merely told we had to walk through the gate beside the Reception. When we asked if there was parking available, we were rudely informed there is no complimentary parking on-site. Ironic that parking wasn’t allowed when there was so much space in front of each room meant for vehicles to park. Even if parking wasn’t allowed or available yet, we would probably have better appreciated if the staff could explain the circumstances to us instead of brushing us off. Wasn’t told whether the resort provided breakfast though there was a sign in the room stating you could order breakfast in advance if required (payable). Toilet flush was faulty but there was no telephone in the room so there was no way to alert the staff except by walking back to the reception again. Rooms not sound proof and we could hear our neighbours entire morning conversation.

Disappointing "Upgrades" from Previous Stay”
Disappointing stay. Loved it much more when it was D' Kranji, and it had mannered, helpful staff. This stay was horrid. I went in to find out there's no towels. Luckily, I called the hotel mainline through my handphone and asked for towels. Coffee provided tasted very, very weird and I think it's expired. There was a "Redeem a free bicycle ride," but was told that "there were no bicycles in sight, so too bad." No effort to look for it for me, or with me. Flies and bugs come in freely due to the toilet doors having openings and the toilet being an outdoor toilet. No other way of travel except for shuttle bus, that costs $3/pax, unless if you have a car. Not sure why their upgrades and renovation seem to make everything worse. Note to others who'd like to stay here, please be wary of what you're getting yourself into. And, have a troubleshoot mindset because they're not going to do that for you.

Very bad. I felt like I was trapped on a deserted island.”
They had changed management in 2019 and they are totally not ready to begin operations! I visited on Valentine's Day and at about 9pm all f&b available on the premise was beer & cup noodles. Not even soft drinks or finger food! No convenience stores within 15mins drive. No complimentary parking for guests even though it is at such ulu part of SG and it is almost impossible to get there without driving. No phones in the room so if you need to call reception you need to physically walk out of the villa area, and to the reception hut (imagine if you need more toilet paper). Room lights were flickering and the whole place looked like a dead town. I had stayed 4 times when it was under the previous management and it was good. Now it is just... Horrible. The advice given to me by reception was to go back after June when they will be ready. So if you are not ready now, why allow guests to stay and have such lousy experience?!
