The location is just a 10-12 minutes walk away from Phuket's old town but is also located next to general stores, affordable eateries, and cafes. The owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable about Phuket, I had two suitcases and he helped me carry them up to my room. The room was very clean and had all the promised amenities: air conditioning, water, fresh/clean towels. My room was towards the back so I didn't hear much noise and in general the vibe of the hotel is quiet/chill. If I am in Phuket again, I'll definitely be booking this place again.
