Perfect for independent couples who want some peace and quiet”
The hotel itself is lovely, rooms stunning with great little touches such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Staff were very helpful too and we had the 24 hour swimming pool to ourselves over our whole stay. This hotel is not within walking distance of Pai centre however and the hotel do not offer a taxi service in to the centre, unlike some others. We therefore had to hire a moped, which although common in Pai detracts a bit from the otherwise very relaxing stay. There is also no daily maid service. In short, the hotel is more like an apartment; reception shuts early etc. However the rooms are lovely and it's nice to have some peace and quiet out of town. Wouldn't recommend if you plan to head into town daily however unless you are willing to hire a moped.

Unchanged and beautiful Pai”
We had a 4 night stay here very pleasant. For the price our room was nice and spacious..The bed was semi hard and was only a double...Aircon works fine.. Ample size bathroom, the shower water was warm to hot. The rooms are not that well sound proofed so you can here what your neighbors are up to..The wifi in the evening is intermittent...However credit where credit is due on our last night I had no wifi for well over an hour I called the hotel number and I was informed the problem would be fixed, 10 mins later it was working fine not bad for 11pm.. The surrounding area to our room was very pleasant.. Minimize opening your front door of a night time to cut down on flying insects and mosquitoes...A brisk walk each morning to the breakfast area which is at the front entrance to this place. The breakfast itself was OK...The staff are very nice and very helpful..Thanks to Milk for the free shuttle service picking us up and dropping us off at the van/bus station... We decided to hire a scooter from The resort and paid a Baht 500 deposit and a charge for hire each day of Baht 200, even thou the main town center you can hire for less "but you have know guarantee of the safety of the bike.To fill the tank up was only Baht 50 hahaha... Pai walking street with it many choices of restaurants and night market on a motor bike or scooter it takes approx 5 minutes and by foot a good 30 mins. Great weather for November warm morning and nice through out the day, "I was pleasantly surprised as all the articles I had read, said it would be brisk in the mornings and evenings... Central to reach the hot springs entrance price Baht 300 for foreigners and Baht 50 for Thai's worth the while for a dip of good minerals. There is a strawberry farm close by and for scenic photography, don't bother buying the strawberry wine " I love coffee is worth the visit as the scenery is stunning... I have to say this is a very good place.”
I ride motor from ChiangMai, this place is easy to find via Google Map, and only 2km from the town. The room a cool, big, and bright, the staff there are Thai and Chinese, both can speak good English. Oh...the wifi is awesome compare to my next bookings. There's a dish in the breakfast they say is egg fried with dried turnip, taste weird but other Chinese guests seem to like it very much! The resort is very big, swimming pool is kind of mini, and there can even play football!

Clean”
Room and shower is spacious. Rooms are cleaned daily. Nice places to sit right out side of room. Pool is nice but a little cold. Resort is out side of town so a scooter is recommend you can rent them at front desk. Breakfast is okay but on the pluse side we got greeted by a momma cat and her 5 kittens every morning. Staff are friendly, the drove us back into town so we could catch our bus.

Good accomodation, a bit out of the way”
The room was clean however they don't clean every day but you get fresh water and toilet paper. This place is also out of the main town so we needed to get a taxi there and back every day which is 100 baht one way. Might have been worth staying closer to Pai walking street

Gutes Hotel mit Charme”
The hotel is located right beneath the old town and so it is easily possible to get to the markets as well as get to the temples. The transfer to the airport is good, because of the main street right in front of the hotel. But be sure to get a room on the backside, so you will have a good view on the Buddha right beneath the hotel. The room was small with a big bed and a nice bath. The mattress seemed to be a little old. The personal is pretty friendly and always tries to help you as best as possible, even if English is not there favourite language. But hey, it's Thailand. I would book it again.

Very nice resort but a few things to improve”
The rooms are very nicely decorated, big and clean at the first day. They were not cleaned after the first day. Maybe they do it on request. The staff was friendly.The kids of the owner are pretty naughty, occupied the pool, showed us the middle finger, spilled water at us and played very loud music and games during the breakfast. The breakfast was cold but ok. The resort itself is very nice and I can recommend it. I was a bit frustrated by the kids

Great rooms, staff ok”
The room we got was great. Super clean, very beautiful and nice toilets. Although some parts of the room (mostly the toilet) looked a bit unfinished or botched (paint, sink not really aligned, the towel hanger looked pitiful). The staff did not feel very friendly in my opinion, they only did the necessary and I felt like I was disturbing/annoying them whenever I had any request. The place is real close to the party beach and far enough so that you don't hear any loud music at all. I had a good stay overall and would recommend regardless the minor issues stated before.

Quite decent inn, although the rooms looked way better in the photos. The room ceiling was low so taller people might be uncomfortable when taking a shower. The premises were nice and romantic anyways.

well, best place and worth every penny staying there. Our room upgraded to the second floor facing entire football court and grand mountain view. Love the attitude of friendly staff there. Room very clean and bed beyond comfortable...It's 5 minutes away from all the bustle and hustle of the tourists in the city center..quiet and tranquil and very relaxing indeed...

Pros: beautiful rooms, great views, delicious breakfast. Nice pool! Cons: further walk from town on a big busy road than easy to do each time with an inconvenient shuttle ( it stopped at 10pm so we walked home a few times) Our room was only cleaned on the first day. We were told they had to get our permission first. When we gave it, we thought it was for our entire stay. It wasn't. They had left the dirty towels in the room and we ran out of toilet paper. I'd definitely stay here again but travelers need to know to request room cleaning and be prepared to walk or have a driver available.

Just the right distance from town.”
Loved our stay. Was chilly the first night. Solved that by switching to evening showers, and minimizing daytime use of AC. Didn't like how the Refrigerator turned off with the removal of the room key fob. Solved that by disconnecting key from fob and leaving it in room to keep our milk cold. Highlight: Cute cats on property, and good breakfast.

Dont expect to much from pictures”
Quiet place next to main road definitely out of town. You need a transport! Hire a motorbike next to his station. Nice spacious room, super clean, little pool, nice view only from very view superior rooms. Alright stay if you expect the right. It is NOT a secluded resort with rice terrace views.

Beautiful, clean rooms and location”
Stayed at this place with our two kids in the family room. The beds both slept two comfortably. The room was clean and well appointed. The grounds (and especially pool) were well maintained. Only complaint is no fresh coffee at breakfast--only instant (yuck). But coffee/espresso/etc. available for purchase.

the place was good for couples and family, but the big disappointment was, they said will provide free pickup service from pai bus terminus, but the didn't do, I called the more than 20 times they didn't pick my call after I reached their place, I asked them about the call she simply replied mobile was in silent mode, it was big disappointment for me.
