Nice place to stay in the best location of tonsai”

Me and my family were Glad to choose panmanee hotel for 3days we were exploring the majestic beauty of phi phi islands. The hotel is clean, looks new, the room is spacious with good ventilation . Most of all it's peaceful, away from the hustle bustle of night time disco, pub, etc but it's location is fantastic which what we loved most in this hotel. The cleanliness is what we were looking for since we make sure our daughter is staying a clean place, she's only 3 yrs old so we make sure she is comfortable at all times. The staffs are friendly and accommodating they even helped us in our Luggages despite there's no elevator in the hotel. Even the day we checked out they helped us in our Luggages all the way to tonsai pier which is just 3minutes away, that's 😎 cool. Thanks a lot panmanee definitely my family and I will be staying again in your hotel, thanks for the comfort you have to us. Thumbs up, you make our stay memorable keep up the good work

Excellent Location, Clean Rooms and Prompt Service ”

I would recommend Panmanee Hotel to anyone visiting Phi Phi Don. It's location is incredible. Less than 5 mins from Tonsai Pier and maybe 10 mins walk to all the madness at night. Extremely clean rooms and bathroom. As other reviews suggest there is a bit of a stench in the drains... But that is a problem with Phi Phi Don. The staff were really helpful - from housekeeping to directing us around the island. There are a few shops and short eat joints around which take away from what would otherwise be a very clean and quiet road. However, it's not necessarily a bad thing. Didn't try the breakfast but again if your waking up early in Phi Phi Don your doing something wrong. The Hotel seems relatively new and would recommend it to fellow travelers.

Best hotel”

Panmanee hotel is the very best choice in Phi Phi, it is so conveniently situated, close to Ton Sai Pier, in the middle of all the little shops, restaurants, and so reasonably priced. Spotless rooms, very spacious, great wifi, will definitely stay there again.

Worth our time and money”

Stayed at this place last month for three months, got a good deal being off season. The hotel is clean, so was the room and the bathroom. Very close to the ton sai pier, 5-10 mins walking. Our room was on the first floor and noticed a handful of security cams which helped the peace of mind more than anything. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at this little beautiful island of ko phi phi and enjoy their time. p.s. this cat ( named Long Long) lying at the reception all the time is really cool, like some other review mentioned.

Exceptional”

Panmanee Hotel was really nice and clean! The staff was friendly and we loved the cat who hanged around in the lobby :) The room was just like in the pictures. The location is good, right in the center of Phi Phi (close to the pier) but still really qiuet.

Stop searching and book this now”

We searched for quite a while for a place to stay in Phi Phi, when we booked this place we still weren't sure we made the right choice but after checking-in and staying there, we know we made the best choice. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Phi Phi. Pros -Saftey deposit box -Very clean -They give you room towels and beach towels -Spacious -Its in a market so at night the market shuts down and it's quiet in the hotel no noise from busy strip -Location is perfect close to beach, viewpoint trails, busy night life and pire -Great value for money -The best thing about this place is it's right beside a restaurant called Chill Lay which has hands down the best food we've had in all of Thailand. After discovering the place we exclusively ate there! Would go back just for them! (In fact we did) Cons -None in our opinion. This is a great place to stay. The only heads up is since it's in the market it was tough to find the first time.

Very helpful staff, most convenient location and all in all a great stay”

Pros- location. Very close to pier and Phi Phi is very easy to navigate meaning this area may be less 'party' but provides a comfortable place to stay near nice restaurants and plenty of other amenities. We were greeted at the landing and our bags were carried to the room. Upon leaving Phi Phi, we realised we had left a watch in the room. The staff very honestly and promptly had this sent to our next destination, communicating effectively along the way. The rooms were large and comfortable. Nothing to complain about, especially at such a low price! Really good value hotel.

AMAZING! The definition of a 5/5 place.”

I was so incredibly surprised by this hotel. Very new and clean. Rooms are modern and have everything you need. I can't imagine there are much better hotels on Phi Phi. Central location too. For the money, the value is off the charts. has to be one of the best value for money hotels i've ever stayed at. Small gripes: like 15 different internet routers are associated with the hotel, so finding the network that works best for you can be a pain. they don't mention a 500 THB deposit for your room key. Not a big deal, but I just didn't hear about it before check-in.

New hotel, great location and great AC !”

The hotel is fairly new, I'm allocated a room on the ground floor (it is slightly elevated actually). No balcony, but the room have big space, include and a round table with 2 chair. The AC is big for the room size, so I can enjoy a cool room really fast as the outside is generally hot and humid in Phi Phi island. The only downside about room on ground floor is your room look out to the street. So I have to keep my curtain close almost all the time. Water pressure is good in bath, with hot water facility (I don't need this though). Location is perfect, it's just a few minute to the beach. There is many food stall in front of the hotel, serving halal food at reasonable price. I will definitely recommend to stay here.

Pretty good ”

Room was a really good size. Reception staff incredibly friendly with good English, and beach towels provided for free! However, all hotels on Phi Phi Island are overpriced. Paid £50 for 1 night. Hotel wasn't not too easy to find, since Phi Phi Island is made up of small alleyways and they don't all show up on maps. But not the hotel's fault. And since the island is so small, you'll quickly end up at the hotel after a few wrong turns. ❌ Shower hose is really short, stiff and restrictive.

Beyond my expectation!”

The price was cheap but my experience here was soooo great! Everything was nice, the hotel is in very short walking distance from the pier, the beach, the shopping area and the night market too. Will definitely recommend this to my friends or anyone who’s going to Koh Phi Phi.

Nice Clean Hotel at Very Good Location”

The Hotel is located right in the middle of Phi Phi Island. Everything is nearby the hotel, whether it's the Tonsai Pier, the restaurants, the walking streets, the bars, the beach, the Slinky Bar, the convenience stores, everything at your grip. You don't need to walk much to reach out for anything. The room is nice, the bathroom is very spacious, includes a heater. The Bed and Comfort is good. Room has a mini fridge with no minibar. The windows are soundproof, so no sound from outside get in. It's only a stay hotel, good to get a night's sleep. No pools or any other activities, but everything within your short reach.

Great hotel”

It’s a very good hotel in the center of Phi Phi Island. Very close to the pier, beaches and night life, but quiet enough for a good night sleep. Beds and pillows are comfortable. You get 2 pillows : soft and medium, so you can choose which one is better for you. Rooms are spacious and clean, water has good pressure, you can control the temperature of water yourself. AC is good and quiet. Fridge is much bigger then most other hotels can offer. Wifi is fantastic. TV has channels on different languages. Hotel has it’s own generator, so during power outages you still have electricity. Definitely recommend for any type of travelers.

Nice hotel in Phi Phi”

We enjoyed our stay at Panmanee! Only let down was the price - double what we have been paying elsewhere in Thailand. But unfortunely all the accommodation on Phi Phi was similar! Staff were helpful, room was great and comfy, aircon was good! Would stay again as location is good and close to the port (only a few minutes walk) just a shame about the inflated prices on the island.

Great location for a reasonable price”

Taking in consideration the usual Phi Phi rates Panmanee offers great location (4 blocks from the pier w/o stairs), big rooms, A/A, fridge an complementary mineral water. As CONs: -For the rates it would include breakfast - I've had included extra nights directly in the hotel after my arrival and -surprisingly- were higher than online. - The staff barely speaks English.

Lovely short stay”

The panmanee hotel is based around a small market place. The room we stayed in was lovely, very spacious and very clean. It's location from the pier was ideal and easy to find on arrival. It is a short walk away from the busy bars and nightlife which suited us as it meant a quiet night sleep! It is above our usual price range but it was worth the money we paid. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great value & location for Phi Phi”

Great location (close to the pier, Loh Dalum beach & all activities on the island; however quiet at night). The hotel is new and with a nice interior & AC. A couple of minor downsides: 1. Early checkout time (at 11 o'clock -- however it seems to be standard around Phi Phi); 2. Kind of limited breakfast choice; 3. Very average water pressure in the shower (with a small tankless water heater in each room). However, I think this also applies for other PP resorts. To summarize, it's a very good place to stay in the area.

Clean, Comfortable and value for money”

Great location!”

It was a 2 minute walk from the pier very easy to find. Close to the beach. Close to the tours to book for Phi Phi Leh. Close to really delicious restaurants. 10 minute walk from the stairs leading up to the View point. Had a very cute cat at the reception desk at all times lol. Room was good, AC was good, cleaning was good, view was nothing special but can't complain. If you want the good views you have to climb so many stairs to the hotels with the views!! Really recommend and wish we stayed longer.

Great location, welcoming staff and comfortable/clean room!”

Only suggestion is to clean and tap out the bidet head because there are mini stones stuck there which affected the water flow. Besides that, very happy with the service and stay. Staff made us feel welcomed. A few minutes walk from the pier, it's perfect as a base to check out other areas of Phi Phi, schedule a snorkeling tour, and also has good local places to eat outside the hotel. There is also a convenience store 30 seconds walk away.
