Fun and relaxing staycation”
We celebrated valentines and our anniversary as being together. Though there was a long queue for checkin and quite took long the stay overall was amazing. At first we were booked in a room with connecting room. Being a couple, it is quite uncomfortable. Although the connecting door was locked, we can hear the sounds from the connecting room. We do not really feel the privacy. The hotel may consider asking the guest first if they are fine with connecting rooms before putting them in there. We end up calling the reception and requesting to move us to another room with no connecting room. By checking first guest preference, it will be less inconvenience for both parties. Nevertheless, after the ordeal the rest of the stay were fun and relaxing. We like the fact that it is not crowded in the amenities especially the pool. There would be a time where you can enjoy the pool all to yourselves. The food are nice and for us it’s a good value for money. We selected the american breakfast. We like the toiletries as they were natural ingredients. There was a rainshower in the bathroom which I think is not common in hotels so this is a plus. The staff were nice and very friendly. The hotel grant our request to give us “gift” for our anniversary . It’s a cupcake and macaroons with fruit slices. The hotel is surrounded by malls and dining options. 7-eleven is nearby. There’s even bars at the hotel. The view from the pool is very nice which is the Interlace building, a famous building in Singapore due to its unique architecture. Overall we had an enjoyable and good experience in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel clean rooms”
Park Hotel Alexandra is located close to amenities and to IKEA. Yes it is quiet. Rooms are very clean and floor to high ceiling glass windows are a huge plus, adding much visual space to the rooms. Staff are exceptional. They are friendly and eager to please. A shout out to David the front desk manager who took personal responsibility to fix things up and to the kitchen staff who were willing to make adjustments to special dietary needs. Excellent food. Prices are very good especially for off-peak periods. Definitely worth considering. Keep up the good work!

Stumbled across this place whilst looking for a last-minute hotel booking. Amazing price, especially as it was a same-day booking, plus it included breakfast, which has a very generous variety of options, by the way 😋. Venue is very clean, staff are courteous and accommodating, and also in a great location with amenities and travel links within a short walking distance. Room had a great view (16th floor) and offered delightful toiletries from Appelles - my girlfriend loved them. Would definitely visit again, hopefully at the same price I paid.

Me and my family stayed 4 nights here at the Park Hotel Alexandra. It is right next to IKEA, stores and a bunch of restaurants which is perfect for tourist as well those wanting to have a staycation within the area. The bus stops are just a few minutes away from the hotel doors. I spent my birthday in the hotel and the management sent up a sweet surprise to our room which made the stay 10x better! The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly and the facilities were clean.

Check in was slightly longer than expected as there was only 1 staff in reception lobby. Room was clean and we were given a deluxe room although we booked a superior room, which gave us great view right on top of the swimming pool. Many restaurants at the mall just at Level1 next door from Hotel lobby. Would recommend for future stays!

Love the stay experience there. Friendly staff especially the reception. Not crowded at all. Fuss free booking for pool and breakfast via QR code. Nice Infinity pool especially in the evening. Great ala carte breakfast choices. Nice comfortable room with strong internet connection. Walking distance to malls and heartland shops and food centre. Will definitely come again.

Great location, pleasant stay”
As part of our birthday celebration, my husband and I booked one night at Park Hotel Alexandra. We have been wanting to stay at this location during the pandemic, mainly due to the amenities surrounding the hotel. There are many eateries and relatively convenient to head anywhere. We got bumped up to the Crystal Room, which is on the 18th floor. I think we got lucky as our stay was on a Thursday. We got a great view from our room and was able to see Telok Blangah National Park. Breakfast was great, room was clean, didn't try the pool unfortunately but looks pretty great to laze in during the evening. Will highly recommend for both tourists and Singapore residents!

Totally worth for money”
The room is clean, breakfast was nice, swimming pool view is nice too. We even get the free flow welcome drinks from 6 - 7pm at the pool side, can choose alcohol or non alcohol. My kids enjoyed it so much. Will definitely go back for staycation again!. THANKS Park hotel!

Would appreciate if the housekeeping can clear the rubbish in the room as I was staying 3 days & 2 nights. I understand the other areas for cleaning need to be done after 3 days' stay but to keep rubbish bin full for 2 days is unhygienic. We have called for housekeeping to clear the rubbish bin but none came. Overall I am happy with our stay.

Good connecting room for my family of 5 at level 15.. my kids enjoyed the swimming pool.. staffs are great,kind and helpful. Rhys especially.. Very friendly and warm staff. We had a great experience overall. The staff were very helpful, and the view from the higher floors was really quite spectacular. You have to visit the pool at least once during your stay as well, though the view should really be experienced both in the day and the night, so go twice if you can.

We had a nice & good stay cation here. We are surprised by the things they provided us in our room such as masks, hand sanitizer and a cute clear ziploc bag for us to bring wherever we wanna go. Great place for couples!”
Great place for a couples staycation! Checking in took really long because of the covid but the friendliness and warmness of the hotel staff make up for that :) Also the infinity pool is really nice, pity because of covid, we could only book it for 1hr a day, we went in the afternoon and the view is beautiful. Would love to view the pool in the night time in future. There are also lots of food places nearby so you will never get hungry!

Had the chance to check out this hotel when I booked for my parents. The pool and general facilities are very good. Rooms were bright and clean too, staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I believe the hotel is going under renovation soon, even though the facilities still look pretty new. Recommended!

Great hotel for family, not too far from city”
We stayed for 6 nights and didn’t regret choosing this hotel. Room size is quite compact but clean and well maintained. Swimming pool is big compared to other hotels in Singapore. Plenty of options for food near the hotel. There’s no MRT station nearby but there’s a direct bus to go to Orchard Rd and Vivocity.
