Best hotel on Phi Phi ”

This hotel saves us after the hotel we were originally supposed to be staying at turned out to be nothing like it was advertised! They accommodated us very last minute and we were very impressed at the quality of the hotel and facilities. The pool was really lovely and the hotel is situated right on the beach. It is also only a 5 minute walk from the main pier. The rooms were very spacious and the shower was powerful. Only negative was there were tiny bugs in the bathroom but it’s Thailand so what can you really expect? We really enjoyed our stay at the Harbour View hotel and would 100% stay here again if we returned to Phi Phi island.

The is a new hotel on Phi Phi (I think it was built about 6 months ago). We stayed for 5 nights in a room with pool access and were overall satisfied with our stay. The location is super convenient -- very close to the pier and just down the beach from the "party beach", so you can easily get there if you want but it's far enough that you don't hear the noise. Something we found interesting was the design of the interior of the room. The shower is glass on either side, so when you are in the shower, you can be seen from inside the room -- and if the shade (to the sliding door for pool access) is open, you can be seen from the pool. You can also see through to the toilet. There is a blackout shade in the shower that you can pull down, but it didn't seem to be designed for inside a shower. The staff was ok -- not as welcoming and hospitable as I hoped. The pool closes at 7pm which we thought was a bit early, but it was nice and cool that we could access easily from our room!

Perfect stay in Phi Phi - Please go ”

This one year old hotel has all you need to have a perfect stay in Phi Phi, 2 mins walking distance from the pier, big swimming pool, direct access to the beach, staff is very helpful and friendly, rooms are large What can be better: beds are a bit hard but it’s ok. Also breakfast can be better but it’s also ok

Good place to stay”

Staff was super polite and kind. Room was big and clean and the location was excellent for us - close to the center and to both beaches and far from the noise. Salty water in the bathroom were a bit of a nuisance (couldn't brush our teeth with tap water)... Staff said that it's like that in many places in Phi-Phi...

Good for Phi Phi”

I haven't stayed at other hotels in the area so not sure how to compare. I heard the hotels in Phi Phi are generally not as nice as Chiang Mai and I found that to be the case. My room had direct pool access, which was nice but not worth it as it provided ZERO privacy - like 15 other rooms looked directly into the entirety of my room if the shades were not closed (and who wants to close the shades in Phi Phi?) The bed was SUPER hard so definitely not the most comfortable and the shower water tasted salty (and smelled bad for the first few minutes). But I saw the hostels in Phi Phi and they were 100x worse so generally, this place was not bad. Staff was polite, pool was nice, location was far enough from the noise but very walkable to the fun stuff, and the room was clean. A lot to pay for average, but again - I'm sure there are worse places around charging just as much.

Great place in a great location. The only thing that was not good was the internet. If you need a strong internet connection while on Phi Phi this is not the place to go.

Simply one of the best locations between two beaches and couple of minutes walk from Phi Phi center area. Highly recommend!

The best location hotel”

The hotel is located in between 2 bays. Just walk 50 m. from Ton Sai harbor. Very convenient and recommend for family. The facilities are equipped with all amenities. But the internet is not available on 19-21 March!!

Great location!”

We enjoyed our stay at PhiPhi Harbour View Hotel. The hotel is centrally located but was away from the loud noise of party-goers! The room, bathroom, and common areas were clean. The beaches on both sides of the island were always crowded so it was nice to have the pool area—it was like our private oasis. Management should make a small investment and install privacy window film on their glass windows and doors. Currently, you can see through the doors and windows of the rooms across the pool from yours.

Check-in worked well when we arrived. Good standard information and nice reception. The hotel is well located, close to both the harbor and a lovely view from the rooms and pool over the beach. 2 nice pools, one of which is model olympic length so you can swim exercise. Pool bar and good selection of food and drinks. A nice little gym by the pool is overlooking the sea, one or two fans would have been good when exercising as it gets hot in the small room. The rooms are fresh and and cozy, though boring TV channels. Breakfast is eaten on a building obliquely over the main building with lovely views of the sea and mountains. Good breakfast buffet that has most of what you ask for. Nice staff everywhere. We recommend this

Amazing! ”

More than happy with this hotel! It’s new and beautiful with amazing pools! We did the ground floor with pool outside our room which was not necessary as we used the big pool but it was pretty to have as our view. The pool in the middle of the rooms was a little cold. The free breakfast was fantastic with an incredible view!!! There’s a massage place and a bar right at the pool and they allowed us to stay and play in the pool after checkout which was highly appreciated!!!

The hotel is very close to the pier (400meters/2-3mins walk). Its has a very nice pool and swimming up rooms to choose from. Its probably one of the best hotels in the island. Reception staff was very understanding and allow us to check out at 12:00 instead of 11 for no extra charge. Hotel is fairly small but also quiet considering is directly on the beach and so close to harbour. If you looking for quality accommodation for short time 2-4 days I would certainly recommend it.

Excellent location less than 5 minutes from the pier, harbour views from the front door, beach front breakfasts, and an amazing pool. But still a quiet and relaxing location.

Really nice location, the swimming pool area is fantastic and the hotel doesn't seem to be very busy, the lobby has AC, everything is really nice in general. However the shower at least in the room I was staying was really really bad, a small stream of water and hard to get at the right temperature. I changed hotels just because of that, you can survive but that's it, having other options available I value my shower time more than to stay here again.

This hotel is fairly new, modern and in a great location! You are close to everything but far enough away so you don’t have to listen to the music all night long. We loved our poolside rooms as we could get in and out of the pool from our room, and we enjoyed relaxing on the lounge chairs on our patio. The pool is right on the beach and has an amazing view. Would definitely return!

Located in the middle of the bay around the corner from the pier. Quick walk to 7-11 and restaurants which was handy. Front office team members were so nice, all so friendly and often greeted us. They kindly gave us a late check-out till 1pm as we were catching the 1:30 boat. The hotel and room seem old but it is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t so good; still use a coupon system for each day and never offered us tea or coffee when we arrived (had to ask for it each morning). The only good thing about breakfast is that they served bacon which was great.

One of best options in Phi Phi”

Location is excellent, very close to the pier and there are tourist agencies, shops, markets and restaurants nearby. The pool area is fantastic, is a great option to enjoy it. Breakfast is excellent, good options and a beautiful view of the beach. The bedroom is not so comfortable, is just ok. The bathroom is big, but toilet had stains and the temperature of the shower gets varying and the water didn't smell so well (but this is a problem all over the island).

While the hotel was excellent, new, modern (although mattress was too hard), it's beach location on the 'party' side harbour with much boating traffic took away from the beauty of the harbour, would have preferred the other side on Nice Beach

We absolutely loved this hotel! Great spacious rooms and the location is brilliant too. The staff were really friendly, only slight cons were rooms were a little dusty and you could hear some noise at night but we still slept well.

lovely pool setup, beach on one side, harbour and pier on opposite side, two minute walk from pier lots of food available close by thai,mcdonalds,pizza company etc. internet service very very poor-irritating very poor! the beautiful pool is disappointing in the fact that the crystal clear water is quite cold apparently kept clean by injecting cool fresh water every day few people swim over 1 time per day of 30 to 60 minutes. a shame as this pool is so beautiful beds are on the hard side, not very comfy. bathroom has really no place to hang towels. all rooms have nice patio overlooking or close to pool.
