Incredible Resort”
We stayed at the SAii Ph Phi Resort for 3 nights and it was a resort to remember! When We arrived to the resort by long tail boat (around 800 baht from the pier) the tide was extremely low and the waters edge was about 1000ft from the resort. But not to worry a staff member with a luggage carriage and a small dingy met us and assisted us with our luggage and we were able to enjoy our barefoot stroll up to the reception desk without a worry. In my opinion that is unparalleled hospitality! The rooms were amazing! We stayed two nights in the Deluxe Garden Bungalow and 1 night in the Beachfront Junior Suite. The garden bungalow was really nice and spacious but make sure you close the door to the bathroom because there are windows that can not be closed and they push the A/C to its limits. The beach front villa felt like a movie scene. The suite was very large and had its own two tiered patio with a covered section to relax in and an uncovered section with beds to tan on. The biggest recommendation I can give is to go into the small village behind the resort and enjoy the food and bars there! We had such a good time every night exploring different restaurants and bars and meeting the locals and other resort guests. Trust me this is the place to be! I will leave it up to you to decide which pool is more your style between the "Fun Pool" and the "Relaxing Pool". We hung out at the fun pool more, this is where the young children tend to be (just a heads up) but both were amazing infinity pools right on the edge of the beach! I think it would be a safe bet to call the breakfast "international" with basic salad bar, cereal bar, and a buffet style set up with 15-20 different items to choose from and a walk up noodle bar. Excellent breakfast with incredible service from the wait staff to the reception and the cleaning crew. Everyone was exceptional and we have already began recommending this resort to travelers.

Absolutely sensational stay ”
We got the hillside villa for our anniversary, and it was all we could have hoped for. The view from the villa was spectacular, what a view to wake up to!! The size was brilliant, more than we would ever need. Huge bathroom with outside bath and shower. Bed was very big and comfortable, with even a selection of pillows to chose from!! Fridge equipped with complimentary drinks and you get an additional 4 bottles of water everyday. Staff were amazing, catering to our every needs. When we arrived we were given a cocktail and cold facial towel, then loaded into a golf buggy and driven up to our villa. Staff brought up small light lunch and iced tea up at 3pm, bath salts and oils at 6pm and tea and cookies at 7pm everyday. All staff extremely kind, always want to help you, you can order the carts to anywhere you want round the clock at no cost (although it’s nice to tip them). We had the stay of a lifetime, with nothing to complain about, very big well done to PP Island Village Beach Resort

Beautiful place and a great hotel”
The bay where the hotel is located is stunning. We walked around the island and would consider this hotel the best. Also due to the proximity to the village with plenty of restaurants, bars and little shops. There’s plenty of space for all guests and you can always find a free sunbed - also during the day. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is run efficiently. We had a superior room which was spacious, nicely decorated and always cleaned well. The breakfast was great. There’s plenty of choices, also for vegans, people with gluten intolerance. The hotel hat two proper coffee machines and you can enjoy cappuccino in the morning. There was really nothing missing. We took part in the free yoga classes and can really recommend it. Since we were traveling from Phuket, we used the resort boat. It was a bit pricey, but very convenient and saved us a lot of time. We would absolutely use it again. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Phenomenal organisation, staff and accommodation ”
I can’t highlight one member of staff because all the staff were so exceptional; normally you find one person stands out amongst other staff, in this instance they were all good so please pass on to them. I came to Thailand to watch my daughters wedding in Phuket and was encouraged by my daughter to explore the islands afterwards. I was very nervous about doing this but can only say I was so lucky to be in the safe hands of this resort. And the care started from the time I got off the ferry, to the guys helping me into the boat and carrying my heavy case, to the refreshing welcome, the exceptional accommodation, the clear and easy instructions to follow when booking tours or ordering room service. Organisation was phenomenal when transporting guests/luggage off and on the island even covering all our cases with plastic to protect from the weather. I have worked hard all my life and for the first time I felt I was treated like a princess. Thank you.

2 nights of relaxing bliss”
Junior Suite looking out to the bay, perfect weather, personal long tail for a no fuss go where we like to around the area. Sounds like paradise. Well not exactly. If you love the tranquility and sun this is a very good hotel. If you love food(and me and my partner do) then sorry but SAii have it all wrong at this time. Well below average and I am going to make a bold statement and say that some of the food wasn’t freshly cooked. Ordered cocktails from room service as the bar seemingly closed quite early, these were not made fresh and I’m not sure if my 2 Pina Colada’s at $20++usd had any booze in it at all. Disappointing. Plenty of ants in the room to keep you occupied and in the bed, sand flies on the beach. However overall we enjoyed the stay as there were some great highlights. Would I book this hotel again?, yes but only after calling them and following up on the food quality situation.

Everything was perfect. The room is clean and comfy bed. Large bathroom. We stayed in a beachfront junior suite. Great feeling when waking up and you can see the beach in front. Good staff and services. You can found restaurant and shops outside the hotel which is cheaper price. Also snorkeling tour is chaper than one at the hotel.

I cannot recommend this resort enough. Excellent rooms, facilities, pools, location, everything was just excellent. Our family had the best holiday and enjoyed every moment in this resort. We transferred using the hotel transfers which is recommended if you have young children. It’s quick and painless. The village behind he resort is lovely and adds to the culture of the resort while also offering different variety to the resort restaurants. In terms of improvement for the resort, not much! Our only fault found was allowing smoking near the children’s fun pool. Putting in a restriction here would be beneficial. Otherwise, keep up the excellent staff and great memories. Will definitely think about coming back!

Staff Go Above & Beyond to meet your needs”
On arrival to Phi Phi Island Village Resort and on checking-in I asked Chan (our exceptionally helpful reception member of staff) if there was someone I could talk to that could help me to navigate the menu as I have a number of allergies & food intolerances (I need to be strictly Gluten, Diary & Seafood Free). Straight away Chan made a time for me to meet with the head chef Zafir. Zafir ensured his team knew who I was and that my needs are more than catered for, I am enjoyed the most amazing meals and never feel like I am extra work (although I know I am!) I was able to sit and dine with my family in comfort that I would not be ill and I left each meal more than satisfied having enjoyed a throughly delicious meal. Karin the manager was also consistently checking to see how our holiday was and that our needs were met. Thank you thank you so very much Zafir, Karin and all of your staff for making our holiday the most enjoyable holiday experience, I hope to return again.

Fabulous place for family. We have 4 kids aged 8 to 15. Great clean facilities. Amazing beaches. The small village behind the resort is a really nice addition. Lots of yummy food, massage, tours. It's also on the quiet side of the island so you don't have all the loud partying of the main town on the island. We would go back for sure.

Our friends got married here and it was a blast! First time traveling with a group of people and we couldn't have picked a better resort! Love the food and pool areas. I did get super sick for a couple days, as did a few others in our group which was the only bummer. The village behind the resort is awesome we spent a lot of time in the bars there. Loved our room and the outside shower. We pretty much used it the whole time. Staff was great and the nurse gave me lots of meds when i got sick that helped. Would def come back!

Beautiful resort! My wife and I went for our Honeymoon in May 2019 and we will rave about this spot for the rest of our lives. Accommodating and friendly to the max. Beautiful beaches, pools, and rooms. Everything was amazing from the villa we stayed in to the breakfast to the excursions they offer. I would highly recommend this spot. Drinks are a bit expensive at the resort but just behind the resort is a friendly village with plenty of restaurants and bars that are perfect for any traveler!

The most wonderful resort I’ve ever been to. Plenty of options for food in the resort or just walk 3 mins to the village right behind it and there are a lot of amazing restaurants. The hotel has two beautiful pools and lots of places to relax. The staff is so sweet and helpful. We had a really wonderful time. Great for families and couples. We will def be back.

Amazing resort, so beautiful and relaxed. We stayed in a Beach Front Junior Suite, which had the most amazing view. Absolutely loved it. Breakfast is very very good, and so is lunch and dinner. I had a really great stay at Phi Phi Village resort. Everything is quality, although I didn’t get to enjoy all the facilities cause we only stayed overnight. Over all great experience! Staff are great, the food is good, overall quality! ❤️❤️ Would definitely love to comeback and stay a bit longer.

We loved the facilities, the two pools ( one with the slide and one , more for adults). The beach sitting was great. The water was clear blue! The breakfast was delicious with many options including amazing Thai options. The room was really nice, between traditional and modern.

Excellent stay!”
This was an excellent hotel! The location is gorgeous and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Food was delicious, and the breakfast buffet is great. We went to the little village behind the resort for dinner one night, but we preferred the resort restaurants the rest of our stay. Only downside was mosquitoes in our room, but that is understandable with climate and location. I wish housekeeping would keep the doors closed while cleaning to help eliminate bugs. But overall, we had a fabulous stay and hope to go back one day!
