Practical, Convenient, Clean Hotel”
This hotel is for those wanting to see Koh Phi Phi or to use it as a base for activities. We stayed here while we dived on Koh Phi Phi although this seems to be the most expensive place to dive in Thailand. There's a good buffet breakfast with hot and cold foods. It's a 10 minute flip flop walk into town but only 3 minutes to either the North or South Beach. There are bars close by. Be aware that Koh Phi Phi has become a destination for mass Chinese tourists and as a result, the island has developed to cater for these. Maya beach is NOT worth visiting. It has most definitely lost its charm and you certainly won't want another 1000 tourists in your photos... Although, if you just want to get to a film set then crack on! It will cost you about 400B per person for the taxi/tour bout to the island and then another 100B per person for some random, probably made up, tourist tax. Maya bay is fulllll of tourists and boats. It is not tranquil, you'd be better off saving the money and staying on one of the Eastern beaches around the island... they are fantastic.

Spacious Rooms a bit outside of the main road.”
We liked the hotel a lot. The staff is very friendly and willing to help even behind the typical duties and for free. We decided to stay even longer as we wanted to prolong our stay due to a diving trip. as for the facilities the most important as it seems for the most pple: the WiFi connection was OK. The bed was comfortable. The bath room is on Thai standart ( the facilities not very well-conceived and affixed) but all in all they worked as they should. The location is nice as it is a bit outside of the party centre but still close enough to get to the beach in a few minutes.(on the both sides of the island). It is not loud in the nights. The air conditioning worked well. There is a room safe and drinking water is provided every day. The rooms were very tidy and have been cleaned every day. even though the price was a bit over the average for such a place, we thing it is a good deal. The prices at Phi Phi are a bit higher anyway compared to other location. And the other hotels on the island were more expensive. We enjoyed our stay especially due to the friendly staff. We really felt welcomed and highly recommend this place.

Great value for money, quiet place in rowdy island”
We caught a ferry to Koh Phi Phi and weren't too sure how to get to the hotel from Ton Sai Pier. One of the many touts at the pier told us to turn left at the main drag. To our delight it was only a 5-10 minute walk from the pier and their were visible signs along the way that led us straight to the door. We arrived early around 1100 as we caught the first ferry from Phuket to Koh Phi Phi. The lovely lady at the desk let us check in 3 hours early and said it was fine free of charge. Room was very clean, had all you need and a very quiet part of Koh Phi Phi which is quite rare. They is also a quiet beach only 1 min walk away from hotel. On checkout the same lovely lady/owner knew we were catching the 1400 ferry and gave us a late check out at 1300! Very impressed with this family owned, quiet, and very clean hotel. Good value for money!

Great stayed ”
I visited phi phi a few times and spent mire than $140 but this place was a lot better than what i though. I love the swimming pool and bed is firm and comfortable. 10 mins walk to parties and have a supermarket near by. I didn't try the food cause breakfast seems boring as i can see the food is very basic such as friedrice, hotdogs, pancakes, troated, coffee and jouices. The only one thing that annoyed me was the hotel doesn't have luggage transfer service from pier, so you gotta carry everything yourself and up the stairs. But it was a great workout any way. I will recommend this to any one and YES i will return to this place again.

Good Hotel in an excellent location near the pier”
My stay at phi phi maiyada was very pleasant. The staff was very helpful and the hotel was very clean. They are located in an excellent location not too far from the beach parties and local bars. The hotel is a 2 min walk to the pier. All the cats laying around weirded me out, but I don't like cats so don't worry about my cat opinions.

paid for one night, stayed 4”
phi phi is not an easy place to find a good, clean and quiet hotel. this place has it all - a great welcoming staff, nice big rooms, and of course an amazing pool. The sink in our room broke during our stay and was fixed right away. The only down side is its a bit far from the resturants and bars, but thats also the reason the hotel is quiet at nights :)

rarely clean and new budget hotel on Phi phi.”
one of the best budget hotels. as clean and decent as you can go with your children. great in terms of building itself except weak sewage which is quite common in Phi phi. spacious, clean and no mosquitoes. relatively quiet at night. be able to go Ton sai and Lo dulum beach within 3 min. bit far from town restaurants but bunch of exciting things for kids like big snails, lizards, cats and dogs are on the way to go. My kid liked there.

Nice location for valuable money”
The hotel is located 10 minutes from the harbour. Just 100 metres from the silent place of Loh Lana Bay with dazling view. There is a nice swimming pool. Breakfast was pretty average. There was a strange rule - on the territory of the hotel you allow to walk only with your bare feet. I've been on Phi Phi 3 times and this hotel was definitely top-1. A little bit overpriced like all other hotels on the island.

Good location and clean room”
For the price you can't really complain much. Like usual the wifi is pretty poor but that's Phi Phi for you. The room was a good size and we received a free upgrade to a mountain view and was even able to stay a second night for the original price as well. Best part is that it's far away enough from the party side of Loh Dalum but still only a short walk across the beach to get there. Both Loh Dalum and Tonsai Bay are either side of you. Quite happy overall :)

Nice resort! ”
My friends and I stayed here for a few nights while island hopping. The resort was well kept, clean, the staff was friendly and the rooms were nice. The pool was nice with a good amount of sun tanning beds and chairs to relax. The only down fall was the location. Though everything on Phi Phi is close it still was a bit away from the center, if you want to sleep away from the party area it is a great location!

Great place to stay”
We stayed in one of the bungalows which we loved it, small but perfect for the night we spent in Phi Phi, close to the beach, between 3 to 5 min walk, quite place and convinient if you want to stay close to the fun but not in the middle of the madness

Fair Enough”
Phi Phi Maiyada is about 10-15 minutes walk from the pier towards Ao Lo Dalam. I was given a room in building C which was recently completed. Room was very basic but clean. Although it was away from the shopping street and bars, you can still hear the music throughout the night. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Breakfast starts at 7.30 am. I paid but missed two days of breakfast as I have to leave earlier for diving. It would be great if there is someone at the pier to greet and guide the guest to the 'resort' upon arrival.

Fantastic value and nice and quiet”
We stayed here initially for 3 nights but decided to stay an extra night as we loved phi phi so much and the hotel was really nice, especially for the price. It is on the quieter side of the bay away from the lively bars, but it is only a short walk to the main street and about a 2 min walk to each beach on either side of the bay, would highly recommend

Quiet location, large room”
It seems that so many hotels in phi phi get bad reviews in the "budget" bracket. This hotel was very clean, rooms were huge, great view from the room. It's very close to the ferry which is more important than you think if you have a heavy bag as there are no taxis.

A very relaxed stay with amazing view.”
Our stay was very good. Phi Phi is breathtaking beautiful, and from the room the mountain view is spectacular. The staff of the hotel is not very professional though, except for the couple that own the place. At check-in we asked for the baby cot that we requested and that should have been available according to the description on Agoda. But the attending staff did not speak very well English and said they did not have one. And they did not make any attempt to do their best for us either. We said we should look for another hotel then, and they simply said OK. That's when we walked out angryly to have some dinner, and when we came back the owner had one for us installed in the room. After that stupid incident, our stay was excellent.

Great value, little outta the way ”
Had a great time on koh phi phi, hotel location was outta the way from the busy night life which was good, but made it a good long walk to any food or entertainment. Didn't eat at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on their food. Staff was friendly, didn't speak great English though. Pool was nice though and if u like to be a bit off the beaten path u can't beat the value for the quality of room.

Good location and facilities”
Right in the edge of the Phi Phi "Down Town", so it is quiet and yet comfortable walk around the Island. Hotel is clean and they do make the room every day for the 4 nights we stay
