"Ployvilla Resort is a great place to stay! My friends and I stayed in the Superior Double Room, and it was very nice and clean! It was one of our favorite places to stay. The owners were nice, and they had someone at the front desk late at night, even after 10:00 pm. They didn't speak much English (although they spoke enough to get us checked into our room), but we were able to use Google Translator on our phones to ask them about calling a taxi to drive us down to Krabi Town. The location of this resort is great if you have your own car and need to stay the night between Surat Thani and Krabi, but it is somewhat difficult/expensive to get a taxi or van to pick you up from Ployvilla since it's pretty far away from the big cities. The owners can call a van driver who lives close to the resort to drive you where you need to go, though. We definitely do NOT regret staying there! The price of the room was very cheap, but the room was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The AC worked great, as did the shower, toilet, Wifi, and TV. Also, there was a stream and forest nearby where my friends and I were able to walk around to look for animals. One thing I didn't like as much about the room was that the sliding door to the bathroom was made of a milky glass that you could still kind of see through, and since I was with friends (a guy and a girl), it was a little weird. The shower and toilet were mostly out of view, though. Overall, Ployvilla Resort is a great place to stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling between Surat Thani and Krabi! "
