Hi Team, I would like to extend our compliment of your staff Mr. Dera. He's the first one to show us his cheerful smile from check-in till we check-out. Without doubt , me and my hubby enjoyed our stay as we celebrate my birthday and wedding anniversary. They gave us a complimentary cake that is so delicious😉 Their breakfast is extremely awesome! Lot of varieties to choose that make us gain weight😉 Graceland is just a stone throw from Patong beach. It has a huge 2 swimming pool, 1 infinity and 1 below that has a pool bar and just across the beach. Both pool are spectacular! The room is so tidy ,clean and spacious. We will definitely come back again and would love to stay longer. We would like to thank Ms. Waesbila Hayeemaming their Reservation Supervisor who promptly answered my hubbys' enquiry through email. They provide everything that we need. A true sample of excellent hospitality Thank you team!

Perfect location, beautiful facilities”
Absolutely loved our stay, room was perfect had an awesome view. The pools were beautiful and staff were nothing less than kind and helpful. Our only few cons were the breakfast was so crowded and half the time nothing was left by the time you got to eat, many many kids literally running around during breakfast restaurant which made me feel uncomfortable holding plates of food and hot coffee, possibly whether they could have One restaurant for families with kids, I literally had one small girl pushing my bowl out of the way of the milk just so she could get hers, kids will be kids but when you come as a couple sometimes you don’t want kids pushing and shoving you first thing in the morning to get a waffle. And Also we were disappointed on the one night we decided to get room service the two things that me wanted they refused to serve because the lobby bar wasn’t open but it said 24/7 on all dining menu excluding alcohol but this was a banana shake and iced chocolate but they refused

I travelled with 2 friends, three of us had a greatest time here. We booked Pool view room. They always cleaned the room super clean, always cool inside, every amenities were prepared. (Including hair dryer) We used to smoke in the balcony, the staffs always refilled the match box for us. 3minutes walk to patong beach, unlimited access to the pool, and gym. Pool was very clean and good, and gym was nice and cozy, not so crowded. The morning buffet was great too, we especially enjoyed omelette. Thank you again for the great experience, and we would happily stay at your hotel again when we travel Phuket again, someday.

Great facilities and staff. Children had a great time with hotel activities during the festive season. We enjoyed our time and would be definitely considering returning to graclands and recommending it to everyone who would like to stay here. Main entrance sits beside a cemetery, and the occasional smell of sewerage appears now and then but you can use other entry and exit points for the hotel. Main entrance greetings could be improved but hey... Its by far a business class hotel. Its a resort for relaxed families to hang by the pool and enjoy beachside resort living and to do so comfortably with others. WiFi is terrible but i aint here for wifi. Rooms cleaned daily... Had one towel that wasn't washed properly and had poo stains on it.. exchanging it wasn't an issue.

This hotel was amazing. Away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Road. Facilities were amazing, teen kids were never bored... with so many pools,ten pin bowling, snooker table and the gym. Beach is right opposite with all the water sports available. Breakfast was good and staff willing to assist in making veg options. Check in and check out went easily, staff were amazing and are willing to go out of their way to assist. We had a newly renovated family room which was perfect for us(family if 5). Nice and modern and very comfortable. I would re this hotel😊

First class resort”
Many hotels in Thailand class themselves as resorts, this place actually is a resort with a number of restaurants, activities for adults and children and quite rightly is given 5 stars. In fact I’m struggling to think of a single criticism. Perhaps the noise from ongoing construction would be the only negative but this is due to the ongoing renovation of the hotel block by block. The block we stayed in was newly renovated, lovely bathrooms and modern bedroom with a small balcony. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice, all staff were friendly and welcoming, very professional. It’s right on Patong beach so all you have to do is cross the road and you’re on it. Special mention to the fantastic Belgian Beer Cafe, they stayed open to serve our family food after 11.30pm on the night we arrived and I never thought I’d get Leffe on tap in Phuket. Next time we’re in Phuket we’ll return.

Great value on the beach”
I'm not really one for hotel swimming pools but this place has a great variety and I really enjoyed them. Really good breakfast, delightful staff, great value for money, right across the road from the beach. Room was huge and clean. Booked for 3 days not knowing what to expect and extended for two more. Would have loved to stay longer but have to get on with life.

We travel to Thailand ever year and love it there we had booked and then moved from a supposedly 4 star hotel to this one and couldn’t be happier. My wife and I and 4 children 16,12,10 and 19 month old baby had 2 of the deluxe pool view rooms not interconnecting but it didn’t matter. The facilities were great 3 big pools , 2 different areas to have breakfast, bowling alleys, kids club and so much more. I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for and yes it is 5 star but wow we we definitely stay here when at Patong Beach. The only thing I will say about the hotel is that if they lowered there food price a bit they would have a lot more people eating at the hotel restaurants and therefore no reason to leave the resort. For us as a family definitely worth every dollar...👍🏻👍🏻

We are travel for honeymoon trip and choose this hotel because near by the beach, we have very great experience here. Staff are very nice and friendly. The room are so clean and they also provide mark and alcohol spray during this situation and more than my expectation that they decoration our room to wish our honeymoon trip. My mother and I spent 7 nights at Gracelands and we had a great time. The facilities were clean and the room was renovated. The price of things in the on site bars and restaurants were very expensive but we found restaurants just outside of the hotel which were much cheaper. A nice distance from the craziness of Bangalore Rd but still an easy walking distance. We would definitely come back again. Thank you to the staff for a pleasant time!

one of the best locations in Patong Beach steps away from beach across from street and still within short walking distance few hundred meters of Jungceylon shopping center and nightlife Bangla Road with hundreds of shops and restaurants .. best time to visit Patong Beach is from November to April when it is turquoise blue -- if you want always blue year round beaches then visit Kata Noi Beach; Karon Beach; Kata Beach; and Nai Harn Beach

Graceland hotel in Phuket has excllent location which is very near the sea (pass one road and you are in the beach). The staff is very kind and everything we asked they provided us. Also the room was very clean. Also you can do many things in the hotel because the hotel has the CARPE DIEM TEAM (Margarita, Asha, Etienne and Karlo) and they do many things during the day both for children and adults.

Great place coz it is not too close yet not to far from the main patong area. But nowadays even with just a stone’s throw from the town, the tuk tuk service charge bit high for tourist. The room deco was nice. I had a great three nights stay in their newly renovated room and never felt boring or too long. The bed was so comfy. Big bathroom. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast okay although initially I thought they got halal breakfast available coz I read somewhere that they got one but actually not. If they actually have halal option, it will be amazing. I requested for honeymoon deco in the room and they prepared the room nicely for check-in. It was a great experience to stay there. Worth it.

Amazing resort with many pools, close to beach, short walk to the action”
Amazing pools. Great breakfast with so much choice. Location opposite beach so it was amazing to be in pool area and see the beach. We are two adults and two young kids aged 4 and 6 and we stayed in a sunset deluxe room which was really big, with two king beds and a large couch, but I would have liked if the room was divided in half to make it better for families, with a queen or king bed on one side and a kids room on the other side with singles or a bunk bed, but that is just a suggestion for Graceland. The room was very spacious and clean and modern. Balcony was huge too with sun loungers. Great how there is a bowling alley and pool table room for kids. It is missing water slides at the pools but my kids still had fun. The kids club was ok, and had activities but you had to ask the staff about them. There is a group leading the activities at the hotel which kept my kids interested. It was an easy walk into town to where there are many restaurants and massage places.

My Mum and I have travelled to Thailand 4 times together now. The trip before last we stayed at a different hotel and our experience couldn’t even compare to staying at Graceland. The staff are lovely, the daily included breakfast is sensational and the sunsets from all the beach front bars are amazing. Spent lots of afternoons at the swim up pool bar or lying next to the pool with a cocktail!!! So easy to get taxi or tuk tuk right out the front and massages on the beach right directly in front of you. All this at such an affordable price!!! How can you beat that!

From November to April; Patong is azure blue and Phuket Graceland is one the best places to stay that is across a small street to the beach so it feels like beach front and close to hundreds of shops and restaurants --the rooms are large and nice and the breakfast buffet and staff is great too --one of the best resorts to stay at in Patong if you want to party since Patong is the party beach If you want someplace quieter better for couples and families; I recommend other beaches such as Kata Noi; Kata Beach; Karon Beach .. or Nai Harn Beach if you want super quiet and secluded

Great hotel for our family of teenagers. Pools were great, room had the most comfortable bedding and pillows! Location is great on Patong Beach. Would stay here again. Walking distance to Bangla Rd and the shopping areas. Couldn't fault our stay here.

Amazing experience”
The Graceland resort is amazing, and has a positive and energetic atmosphere. You have easy access to the beaches, along with the great pools which I had a view of during my stay. The breakfast area also had Nutella hazelnut spread, which being from Australia, is a personal favourite. The staff were polite and attentive as well. Another reason I enjoyed being so close to the beach is that you can simply cross the roach and buy cheap fruit shakes and food, with the convenience of the resort on hand.

Highly recommended resort just adjacent to patong beach,a road separating the beach from resort.Large resort with all amenities ,clean resort with hardworking and pleasant staff.Facilities offered are top notch.Breakfast is repetitive every day but tasty and hygienic.Overall enjoyed the stay there.
