Perfect”
Our trip was just perfect. The hotel is a little bit far from everything but that is why we loved it. I would recommend to rent a car if you want to visit the Island. The staff were perfect in all aspect. Helping, caring and very good behavior. The management made a very good work. It is the best 5 starts service we get in Thailand in more than 7 years. Thee room were big and clean. The bedding was perfect The food was very good, not too expensive and the included breakfast buffet was fresh and hot. We will definitely come back when we will come back to Phuket

Perfect Property & Excellent Service”
We enjoyed every minute of our stay at Marriott Nai Yang. Truthfully the beach water wasnt the best (weather related?), but the property made up for it! Our pool access room was perfect and water crystal clear, room is good size and immaculate (smart TV!), the food was oustanding (all 3 restaurants) and the special treatment made me feel like royalty.

As always the best staff I have ever encounter. I had to leave a guest at the hotel for 1/2 day due to a delayed flight to China. I knew I could count on them to get guest to airport and make them comfortable. Wonderful complex, but away from many other attractions in Phuket, but many would consider the hotel an attraction in itself because of the wonderful facilities and staff. Book with confidence!

We came here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Our room was comfortable and large right next to the wrap around pool. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The best part for us was the superb breakfast. So delicious and huge variety. The chef there was very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Very neat, clean and tidy hotel. All staff are friendly and well trained. They can speak fluent english. Also, the room is spacious. Near a beach. The hotel is near the airport, around 10-15 mins transportation time. But there are no restaurant and convenient store nearby, so may need to eat in hotel or drive out.

We got the room with pool access and private cabana. Great place if you just want peace and quiet and no city life buzz. I did go into the city a couple of nights. Very easy just use Grab. The staff truly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Special thanks to Khun Shun. Kop Khun Kha.
