“A cosy, comfortable B&B in a great location with a wonderful breakfast.”

      Things I like
The room was quite large and very clean. Nice shower, comfortable bed, very quiet. We had the most spectacular views out the window — the Cliffs of Moher on one side and Doolin Pier on the other. And breakfast was delicious. Michael and Clare could not have been more accommodating. Michael even sprang into action when we locked our keys inside the car as we were getting ready to leave for the airport, making numerous phone calls for us and finding a mechanic who showed up quickly and was able to get into the car. We even made our flight!
      Things I don’t like
Nothing — it was all great.

“Highly recommend, best stay of our trip. Wish we could have stayed longer.”

      Things I like
Stunning views, a ruined castle, cows, fields, the sea and cliffs of moher visible from our room and the dining room, big quiet room with comfortable bed and excellent location a few minutes walk from the shops and the ferry to Aran islands. Clare and Michael are friendly thoughtful hosts and make a delicious home cooked breakfast with veg and full Irish breakfast options. Clare even called our car company for us to arrange roadside assistance while we were out cycling on the Aran islands, above and beyond!

      “Amazing room with a view”

      Things I like
Amazing hosts! So friendly, helpful and welcoming. Gave us great recommendations for food and drinks in the village. The house is gorgeous, our room was spotlessly clean with lovely facilities. A lot of small additional touches that really put the b&b above the rest and show a lot of care. The views from the room were amazing and it's only about a 10min walk on a footpath to the village. Breakfast was also incredible, beautiful food cooked well. We'll definitely be back!

“Great location, very clean, homemade breakfast, run by lovely couple.”

      Things I like
On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely couple who run the property who were very, inviting and informative of local attractions and eating establishments. Location is within walking distance to many sites, and if feeling like a good hike, the cliffs of moher are 10km away. Beautiful sunsets over the Aran islands
      Things I don’t like
      Have nothing to add.

“Fabulous - this place and the hosts helped make this the best trip we have ever had to Ireland.”

      Things I like
One of the most beautiful locations in Ireland and Pier House is in the perfect spot to admire that location. We couldn't believe our luck when we saw the house and then it just got better and better. The views from the bedrooms were out of this world. The owners (Clare and Michael) were SOOOO nice and cheerful and immediately set the mood for what was one of the highlights of a fantastic trip to Ireland. The breakfast was amazing and the food kept coming - all of it home-made and superbly prepared by Clare. My kids are still talking about the "Doolin days" and loved every minute of it. Will 100% try and stay here again if we can get a free slot the next time we visit the west of Ireland.
      Things I don’t like
Absolutely nothing - please don't change a thing!
