This unique 75 sqm. loft space is on the second floor in a secure apartment building and neighbourhood above a delightful and popular Teashop which we run, with ground floor access to courtyard and outdoor seating area shaded by palm and banana trees.

Fabulous large apartment space with a delightful sitting garden, and private with no one else on the premises, and good location at western end of the city near the mountain.

Lovely. What we did realize was that this place is an apartment- indeed, a full top third floor of a row house. The first flour is a "tea house" which is not currently in business, so that is empty. The second flour is a loft, so additional space to use, although we did not feel the need. Out the back is a lovely garden, where the Mae Baan serves breakfast on table-clothed tables with fresh flowers. The apartment does have kitchen space with a small refrigerator, although without cooking gas we did not cook there. It is right on Huay Kaew Road, close to many businesses, transportation options, an outdoor exercise park, the arboretum, the lovely zoo (perfect for kids), and the Doi Suthep mountain with it's tourist attractions. We easily took advantage of the mountain trails for our daily exercise. The only down side was the traffic noise from Huay Kaew. SO: Lots of space and lots of light in our own home, which made our week stay enjoyable.

第一，沒有熱水供應，喝的熱水也沒有。第二，唯一的房間在一間停止營業很久的咖啡店樓上，非常多蚊子，光線很不好。第三，只有後門供出入，門鎖陳舊，臨近居住的人不多，感覺很不安全。
網頁上說有熱水提供，事實上熱水器是壞的，打電話給負責看房子的人，竟然得到答覆是叫我們洗凍水。這是唯一的房間在一間停止營業很久的咖啡店樓上，非常多蚊子，光線很不好。這些和的網頁照片對比現實場地環境不相符，要價竟然比我們後來再在當晚找的賓館要貴一倍，重點是那裏有熱水供應和其他設施都齊全。
