Where to stay in Pisa City Center
Pisa City Center hotels & accommodations

Gialel is 5 minutes far from Piazza dei Miracoli. The room is extremely clean and comfortable, the private bathroom is beautiful with a large shower. Peppe is a wonderful host, his advices about restaurants and snack bar are really precious. I Diavoli restaurant at the ground floor is very good! If we come back to Pisa, we will come back to Gialel for sure!

Hotel Verdi also offers many facilities to enrich your stay in Pisa. Guests of the hotel can enjoy on-site features like safety deposit boxes, bicycle rental, bar/pub, elevator, car park. Guests can choose from 32 rooms, all of which exude an atmosphere of total peace and harmony. The hotel offers fantastic facilities, including golf course (within 3 km), to help you...

This small hotel is well appointed, with modern facilities and comfortable beds. Reception is efficient and friendly; rooms comfortable, light and airy; bathrooms well appointed with modern fittings. There is a small lift to the rooms. Breakfast is simple, but with good quality breads, meat, cheeses, fruit, cereal etc. Well positioned in the old town, roughly half w...

Air conditioning and bed were good. Proximity to train station good. This is in a quiet neighborhood and getting off the train to walk here makes you question if you're lost. Checkout of 10 is too early. No lobby and not place to sit and wait inside if you are too early or waiting for your train. Generally a good room but unconventional. Closest to train and 20 m...

It was not a hotel as we thought it should be. No one was at the door when we arrived at 9pm+. With the help of a local, we managed to contact the person in charge who then brought us up to the room. Lighting was dark and with censor which goes off by itself after a minute. Room is big but with poor lighting. The photo of an old lady hang above the bed was scary.

This might be in future after the restauration a really great place. We loved the ambiente and its location in the center of the old city near to all the places which you need to see. But at present the house is in transformation and it is difficult to give them a fair judgement. We love this place

Great location and big room, amazing roof terrace restaurant at affordable price. Cons of it, we were guided to the room as the way to the room were ‘unusual’, had to walk several corridors before we can get to the room. Room were dated but basic necessity were provided, for a night layover in Pisa, would strongly recommend, otherwise not. Had an encounter on the s...

Location is great, just 20 mins walk from Pisa central train station (bus no.4 is just stop outside the apartment!) Many restaurants and shops nearby the apartment. The host Elisa is very kind and recommended us a few dining places they were so good. Apartment itself is great too, good wifi, air conditioning (quiet and cool! Thats quite rare in italy), lovely breakfas...

Absolutely fine, easy to find from train station on bus Rossa just before the tower park, 5 mins walk along the road. To go into the centre was a short walk, some great areas in Pisa, worth an explore. Hotel bathroom was clean and small balcony was fine. Breakfast a little basic in comparison to other places we have stayed even though similar italian style.

This hotel is great if you like being independent on your trip. It’s right near the train station, easy to get to the airport. Has a large supermarket 2 mins away. And the leaning tower of Pisa is a 6 min walk. The hotel has a communal kitchen which has all the things you need to cook meals with. The room we stayed in was spacious, but the bed could do with changing ...

Firstly, this is not a typical hotel. There is no reception desk, no room service or bar and no corporate identity. It is simply a Pisan apartment which has been converted into four 'en-suite' bedrooms a dining room for breakfast and a reception or lounge area. It is not cheap be any means but as a city centre location, it is not expensive either. The entrance is a sma...

If you want to feel like you become a local Pisa citizen, this is it! Well clean and renovated historical classic room along with great breakfast. Just 10 mins to major tourist places and they take care of the registration for ZTL so that you can access to this hotel with stress-free. Worth to stay again.

Steps from the tower. The owners run the restaurant and cafe across the street and are very friendly. Always called me by name and made me feel like I wasn't traveling solo. The rooms are clean with shared bathroom that was very clean. Great place for a overnight.
