perfect equipment, the room very nice and clean, Kitchen have tea and coffee, nice place to stay. just one problem in the morning before we leave, my husband had a very cold shower! I shower before the night is OK, but morning is no hot water and we are hurry catch our train, so we did not call owner.

We arrived after 5 days of celebrating our daughters wedding in Florence so a little tired and emotionally drained. Our welcome was superb, the room fabulous and clean andfresh with beautiful linen and bathroom accessories . Frederica and Frederica were so welcoming They gave us directions to a fabulous restaurant in Pisa where we had one of the best...

We were beyond surprised! We arrived for a one night stay to explore Pisa, staying in the villa. It was amazing, clean, big and value for money! We had a great stay! The breakfast in the morning was fantastic! It’s about a 15 minute walk to the tower, so not a problem for us. Close enough to everything, still nice and quiet.
