Accommodation near Max Value is within walking distance, and food can be found at any time. There is a place to sit and wait 24 hours; if anyone arrives before check-in time, they can wait there, and there are restrooms available. The condominium is not too secluded; the room is clean and quiet. The only downside is that the bathroom was not clean at all, but when I informed the staff, they said they would take care of it. At that time, I didn't report it earlier because I thought they wouldn't do anything, and I reported it after checking out, but they took responsibility and apologized, saying they would improve. Getting to the venue is very easy; you can walk to IMPACT or Challenger. If you go to Thunder Dome, taking a motorcycle taxi for 20 baht will get you there in no time. There is a sink and a microwave available so you can warm up your food or stock up on frozen food in the refrigerator for later use, which is very convenient. The room is spacious, open, and looks just like the pictures.

I stayed here for Taeyeon's concert at IMPACT. The location is perfect! Just a short walk to the arena. There is a 7-Eleven right next to the building and many food places nearby. Very easy to find food and drinks. The room is clean and has everything I need. The building is a bit old, but quiet and comfortable. The air feels fresh and the people living there are super kind. I arrived at midnight and a local person helped me open the door. If not, you can ask the security – they are also nice! The host is very helpful and gives clear instructions. I think it’s a good idea to add their LINE before the trip, it helps a lot. I feel safe and happy staying here. 💕 Highly recommend for K-pop fans going to IMPACT! I will come back again for the next concert 🫶

“Near to COSMO BAZAAR & IMPACT ARENA”
i stay here for a day for the reason of attending concert at Impact. 5mins walk to Cosmo Bazaar Festival Mall. Around 15mins walk to IMPACT. to me this is convenient. dont have to fetch a grab. everything is walkable distance. unless u're going to Centre Bangkok. then u still need a grab to go to MRT Station or Airport. The apartment is clean. but no iron was provided, so be minded abt this. in order to go in, u've to wait for other Residents to open the door. then u can go in. it's locked using a chip provided for the residents. but u can actually access it without having to use the chip by using the side entrance. where people park their motorcycle. i just knew it when i stay here. i'll probably stay here again if i have an event at Impact. affordable with reasonable distance. recommended 👍🏻

“Short and pleasant stay”
I stayed for a concert and chose the place for the location. It's still around 10-12 mins walk from the Impact Challenger area but its a good option for concerts ending late nights. The building itself was a bit challenging to find - so need to coordinate well with the owner. The streets next to the buildings are one way streets so have to look carefully for the exact drop off point - especially if you are carrying luggages, the walk way around the building is a bit uneven so it's hard to go around the building if you missed your turn. The hallway is narrow so sound carries across - have to be mindful of noises here. There seems to be no regular security persons there but the building itself seem secure. There is an elevator so it's PWD and elderly friendly. Owner is friendly and responsive to calls.

The room is clean and acceptable, with a refrigerator, hairdryer, towels, kettle, toiletries, and an extra mattress provided. I recommend improving the pillows as they are made of PVC. While they do prevent dirt well, they are not comfortable to sleep on. When we move, they make noise constantly, making it difficult to sleep.
