"Hotel is nice and cosy with lovely decorations. The only downside is there isn’t much shops as you would get from the main hotel chains. The nearest is pratunam market area that is about 8min Walk. There’s a BTS which is a 3min walk that is convenient if you would like go head back to Airport. Overall a very pleasant stay. "

"If you are a discerning traveler that wants a modern and clean room at an affordable price in the BEST location...this is it. For a three star hotel, it's an elegant and classy place in the midst of a crowed, hustling shopping district. I have traveled to Bangkok countless times. You won't find a better deal in this area. For the location, size of the room (30 sq.m.), and great customer service, this place is a great deal- a GEM in a busy, crowded shopping district. Here's the KC Place details: -Incredible location. It is 5 minutes away from Ratchaprop Airport link, Pratunam night market, Pallidium, Platinum Mall, etc. -A clean and moderately spacious room that offers you a 30 sq.m. with wood and Thai decor. 30 sq.m. is considered generous for Bangkok hotels. Most 5 star hotels rooms are 30 sq.m. -Great front desk staff that speak good English and who are friendly, patient, and professional with picky customers. A SPECIAL thanks to Chris, the Filipino at the front desk, who in my opinion, is the heartbeat of KC Place and sets the tone for friendliness and kindness. -Very helpful support staff like the housekeeping and Cafe staff in KC Tower 2. We appreciated Mr. Chu, the male staff, who carried our bags ( he will carry it up the flight of stairs for you) and went above and beyond to help our large group and our family during our stay. -Yes, the bathroom is small but I think it was purposely designed that way to give customers a larger sleeping area. If you have traveled to Europe or France and stayed at the hotels there, you will know that everything is small, so it was not a big deal for us. -Yes, you have to carry your luggage up a small flight of stair to get to the elevator/lift, but someone will help you with this. - If you want bigger without the hassle of the short flight of stairs, book at a 4/5 star hotel around the corner and pay double to triple the price...Seriously, for $30-$40 dollars a night, what do you expect? Let's be fair. Your not goi"

"I had a peaceful and quiet day resting at Cubic Bed. It is Cubic Pratunam Hotel but on the top floor it is dorm. You can find it peaceful here as there is working tables for you. Laundry can go nearby at the beginning of the road as the hotel is busy. You can travel by motorbike to BTS Phayathai or BTS ratchathewi THB20-30/way. I didn't try the buffet but I tried a la carte menu. It is fabulous. Bkk is fabulous city, for shopping and see local life. Pratunam areas is AEC market, for trading all ASEAN is here for retails and wholesales to their home. Then on the way back either to Don Muang or Suvanabhumi is easily travel by BTS and Airport link. Airport link is behind the road. Fabulous stay. Love the charm of BKK. "

"We were here last July 28 and we stayed for 2N3D. It's quite fantastic and everything was perfect. The Breakfast buffet is sooo damn good maybe because i am a filipino. Everyday the menu of their breakfast changes and it is unbelievable that they still manage to give the food with quality. The location is near to bts PHAYA Thai station to be exact. Yeah they have many hotel once you get out of the hotel itself but for me it is the best. It's 5 mins going to pratunam market. Which you can also take a walk going there but they have free shuttle on which they will drive you along family mart then take a walk like 3 mins to pratunam market but if you're planning to walk from the hotel to pratunam it takes you 10 mins going there. The staff is well trained and they are very courteous to their guest. They also have welcome drink to everyone. The General manager is quite amazing and very accomodating. Also everyone whose on duty The pool is clean and comfy. "

"This is a 4-star hotel. Good: It has all the facilities a 4-star hotel should have: a swimming pool, a business centre / WIFI capabilities, fitness center, 24-hour lobby service and staff capable of handling international travelers. The location is within 11 minutes walk from Ratchaprapop station, 14 minutes walk from Pratunam Market, 14 minutes walk away from British Embassy (and the lavish Embassy Central shopping mall), 17 minutes walk from Central World, 28 minutes walk from Siam BTS interchange (Yes I walk a lot). It is also near a main road that has buses to South Terminal and the famous Royal City Avenue (just 33 minutes walk away). They have Areas for improvement (in my opinion): The first morning that I stayed there, I went to the swimming pool at 7.30 am. There are a few bits of algae about 1 cm across within the pool. I never swam there again. The WIFI is quite unstable within the room; the only place stable is near the door (or in the toilet). Had to do my itinerary while on the porcelain throne or outside the hotel room. The interesting: They have 2 entrances; one via the main road (under a highway and passing by the carpark) and the other accessible only by foot near the back alley with closing hours. Perhaps this is for travelers like me who like to walk out in the morning. Their location is hard to remember for locals, as the area was not that frequented by others. Take the hotel's address card from the lobby and just show it to the drivers. "
