Our family of 6 adults and a 1-year-old baby went on a vacation. Although the distance from PQ airport to the resort is a bit far (about 22km and 40 minutes drive), we were completely surprised and delighted with the beautiful scenery, green trees and the beautiful beach of the resort. The staff was very friendly, always smiling and welcoming guests. The 3-bedroom villa is very spacious and beautiful, comfortable to enjoy (there is only one small point that the top room's toilet leaks when it rains and it rained at 4am, affecting sleep a bit). The beach is clear and calm, with swimming fish, no waves and a little wind, so we can play on the beach all day without getting bored. Our family is very grateful to the resort for everything.

One of the best resorts I've stayed at when traveling domestically. It's the only resort in Phu Quoc where you can see both the sunrise and sunset from most of the villas (according to the driver). You can just sit in your room and enjoy the beautiful scenery with friends and family. Each type of villa has its own beauty. The Ocean View villa I stayed in had a view of both the West and East sides of the resort. The Front Beach villa is right next to the private beach. If possible, I recommend requesting rooms 604-605-606, which have a beautiful view right in the middle of the resort and a shortcut to the spa and gym. The check-in and check-out process is extremely fast and flexible for guests who arrive early or need to leave a bit late. The welcome drink is also very delicious, so make sure to try it while waiting to check in. The resort has all the amenities you need, including a private beach with kayaks, restaurants, bars, a gym, a spa, and even a playground for children. The 24/7 electric cars that transport guests around the resort are a huge plus, as they are both cool and allow you to enjoy the surrounding trees and plants. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of dishes and is better than other resorts in the same price range. I recommend trying the steamed rice rolls and the drinks. From inside the room to the various attractions in the resort, everything is beautiful. You can take amazing photos without having to go far. Currently, Premier Village offers discounted room rates and other great promotions to support domestic tourism after the Covid period, so take this opportunity to experience it. A small note for everyone is that the resort is almost always fully booked, so if you have a flight schedule, it's best to contact the reception at least 30 minutes in advance to arrange the electric car. Some areas like the restaurant, spa, and bar may have a bit of a wait due to the large number of guests using the services. The staff at the resort are super friendly, cheerful, and helpful, so please be understanding if they are a bit slow. In addition to the items on the menu that guests can order through the cool Premier Village app (which will be explained during check-in), you can also order food

Wonderful Luxury Villas with Great Views”
We were upgraded to an Eden Sea View Villa during check in. The villa has wonderful views of the long cable car from Sunset Town to Pineapple Island. The pool is great for short laps and has absolute privacy and excellent sunset views. We love watching the boats setting out to sea during the evenings and returning in the mornings. The walk to The MarketPlace for breakfast was a nice stroll cumulating to an excellent breakfast spread. We managed to explore the resort on foot, mostly after breakfast as the weather was sunny and humid. At the end of each leg of exploration, we simply get onto the App and call for a buggy to send us back to our room. The resort is huge. The villa was so good that we ended up staying inside the villa throughout our stay to enjoy the facilities, the pool and most of all the view. I must thank Athena at the front desk but most of all, the friendly Ly RH who was there to check us in as well as when we checkout. The service quality by all the smiling staff, be it the gardener, buggy driver, the service crew or the front desk ladies, is excellent! Highly recommended for couples!

Wonderful place, good people, but training/experience of staff can be hit or miss.”
Wonderful rooms and design, very good food, and very thoughtful touches here and there. Some very nice and warm staff. Lots of good effort put in by many staff members, good natured people. But some instances of gross inexperience and big service issues cropped up literally every day to sully the experience. First they tried to put us in a different room (4 bed oceanview) category not as booked (3 bed beachfront). But they tried to insist that this is what we booked. Instead of a direct beach access, it had a 7 minute door-to-sand walk, and a buggy track between the room and the beach, unlike the promise of the text and the photos saying "direct beach access". They first tried to palm it on "marketing department error" but we refused to budge till we got the room as promised on their website and on agoda. Fixed it eventually but was half a day wasted, and lots of stress. Eventually the correct beachfront room was what we wanted, where we could access the sand right from the room, and sit on the patio and watch the kids play on the sand, which was the main reason for booking a beachfront villa. Good experience in the villa, but we lost one good day of this, and got too much stress of waiting, and shifting, etc. Then one day we had a horrible experience at dinner with no service staff serving us for long stretches of time, and others getting the order wrong, especially for the children, etc. Final Billing also some minor issues happened, and wasted a lot of time. Every time we escalated, however things would get solved, and they were gracious and helpful, trying to do their best, but just too many issues kept cropping up. The ops manager directly intervened at times to help, but still overall maybe the experience of staff might be the issue. Who knows. That being said, some other very good service was there staff also I would say 95% were, then very good new year buffet with GREAT food, and great food in restaurants every day, and an amazing Buffet, very good spa, great facilities, including kids room, etc. It offers beaches on two sides, so one is calm and serene while other will have nice waves and fun, which flips seasonally so that offers double the fun. Overall we had a good time, and the pluses outweighed the minuses, but the minuses were not expected for a property of this level (Accor, etc.). If not for the major service issues, we would have strongly recommended.

We were welcomed with friendly and helpful staff. Every staff greeted us Xin Chao with smiles on their faces. During our stay, we were provided with free Kiss of the Sea tickets. We went for the show right after having our dinner at The Market Restaurant. The food was nice. The next morning we swam at our pool and enjoy the scenery. Thereafter, we had our free breakfast at the same restaurant. After breakfast, we went to The King's Well. It is within the walking distance. However, our snorkeling activity near the King's Well was cancelled due to high water-levels and waves. We slowly walked back to our house and enjoy the beautiful scenery along the beach. Each room is provided with small bottle to put the sand and bring back sweet memories to our hometown for free. It was a surprise by the hotel. We missed out the airport transport. Fortunately the staff quickly rearrange the car and we manage to check-out smoothly. Grateful to LY and Lucy.
