Amazing quiet hotel with kind respectfull staff”

Amazing clean and new hotel next to Phuket airport. The staff are kind and very respectfull. They take hygiëne very serious and clean more times a day! Breakfast was very divers and fresh. Pools are beautifull and clean. The water is being test daily by the hotel. Food in the restaurant was great and the beach is nearby. You can get bikes at the hotel or even walk shortly to the beach. The rooms are clean, new and very beautifull. The thought about everything. We will definetly come back as soon we are in Phuket and a pool acces room is available. 😁 Keep up the good work Proud hotel!

A great option in Nai Yang”

We were very impressed with the Proud Phuket: for such a low price it offers tremendous value. The staff is great, the restaurant and bar provide really good food and the facilities are adequate . They have free bicycles which are great to go to the nearby beach or just stroll around. Rooms are large and well furnished and the entire property just looks good. A few details to improve - for those really picky: pool could be a bit cleaner, poolside bar was never open, kids room is good but could use some refurbishment, airport transfer could be free since it's less than 10 minutes away. The only complaint: the toilet should have a door instead of a curtain, and something should be done about the smell coming from the drain.

Great value near the airport”

Our flight arrived just before midnight and we were chartering a boat a couple of days later, so we chose a hotel near the airport. We were very pleased with Proud Phuket, mainly because of the friendly, helpful service, but everything was excellent. The food at breakfast and in the restaurant for lunch and dinner was delicious. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom is quirky, with 4 sections, which run the full length of the room. It is a bit of a hike from one end of the bathroom to the other, to wash your hands after using the toilet. Not a problem, just quirky. Walking distance to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants.

Great value for money”

The Proud Phuket exceeded my expectations. The room was a good size and everything was nice and clean. Comfortable bed. The grounds were lovely and well kept, and we enjoyed the pool and loungers. The location is extremely convenient to the airport and an easy walk to other restaurants and a convenience store. I would stay here again.

A great surprise on so many levels!”

My wife and I were rounding out our travels and needed a place to stay by the airport. We were so pleased with the hotel and its staff. We were greeted with such hospitality. The counter staff was attentive and so willing to help us. We wanted to check in and go out to see a few of the sights before it was dark. We had a limited time to be here before we left Phuket. I know that most hotels would do this, but they went out of there way to make sure it was accommodating to us. The rooms were immaculate and nicely done. We needed a change to some things in the place, and they were so fast at making it happen. It was great. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast, and it was simple but tasty. The breakfast was free, which is always a plus. We also ate that night at the restaurant because we got in so late and the local places closed. It was delicious, and the service was terrific. I would go back to this hotel. The proximity to the beach and airport for the cost if great.

Great hotel but nothing around it”

I chose to stay a night here while I waited for my partner to arrive in Phuket from Germany. So it is very well located to the airport but is nowhere near the liveliness and attractions of Patong etc which is 45 minute taxi ride away. BUT, the hotel is a gem and whoever designed it needs credit. Many rooms have direct access to pools and my room particularly shared a lap pool which was 50+ m long and spilt over the wall as a water feature. Other pools had bar access etc .... there's a great French patisserie and Thai resturant in the hotel. My guess is that as the area builds up that the hotel will be a great investment for the owner. It's a great hotel.

Top notch ”

We love Proud Phuket, have actually stayed twice in a pool access room on the 2nd floor. Hotel is only a little over 12 months old, very clean.. only 5 minutes to Nai Yang beach. Great staff and decent breakfast.. We will be back

Clean and comfortable”

We had an early flight out the next morning hence we stayed in the resort to unwind. There was a promotion on their in-house spa/massage during 12:00-14:00, so we went for it. It was great! It was far from the main attractions hence would only recommend this for people who want to completely relax and enjoy resort facilities. There is a 24hour 7-Eleven along the street (less than 5 mins walk). We cycled the free hotel bicycles out to the nearby Naiyang beach (beach was not that nice). Massages in Naiyang Beach all start at 300 baht 1hr, and considering that if you top-up a bit, you could for the in-house Proud Phuket Spa promotion. It was a good deal. Upgrade to the Pool Access rooms (thats what we did) you won't regret it!!

Fabulous overnighter, close to airport”

Take the hotel airport transfer option for only TB 260. Taxi at airport is TB 400. But look carefully for your name at gate 3 at airport or ask another agent where Proud Phuket transfer is as it's easy to miss. Hotel is great, includes breakfast. Minimart across the road.

Great location and Facilities. ”

Beach area is fantastic and some of the nicest we have seen in Phuket. Close to airport with shuttle and a great buffet breakfast. Our room was probably one of the only ones and needs painting, however, the overall resort is excellent. They also looked after us after check out as we did not fly out till the evening. We were able to use all the facilities. 5 min walk to a lovely beach with very clear water. Will stay again!

A hit and miss this time”

Not our first time at Proud Phuket: we really like the place. Nice, clean, cheap, close to the beach. Staff is generally awesome. We'll most likely keep coming back. But this time a few things stood out that I hope management will look into: - Missed airport transfer (they apologized and comped with a fruit platter, but still) - Bicycles need some fixing: wheels are wobbly, brakes so and so, lights might not work, etc. - Pool (especially the kids' one) could be a bit more clean - Restaurant portions are pretty small and they botched on a "little spicy" request - Shower's water temperature was not stable and kept switching between hot and cold

Excellent example of a great hotel ”

Proud Hotel certainly should be proud of their staff who are genuine, friendly and yet professional. Outstanding decor and design and I love how it’s almost like a hidden gem behind the facade of a stylish vine covered exterior. Even food in the cafe was excellent and service was above par. I highly recommend it over big brand hotels which sometimes lack that human touch. Superb stay. (A family of four)

Best Hotel Near Phuket Airport”

This hotel is very near Phuket Airport (About 4 Minutes). The room is very nice and clean. Not so far from Beach. There is very nice fusion restaurant in front of the hotel.

Modern clean fantastic hotel close to Phuket airport and beach”

Fantastic stay at this modern clean room and hotel 5 mins from Phuket airport (about 260 baht for taxi or shuttle). Walk to nice clean beach or ride with the courtesy bike

Beautiful but noisy”

We visited here during peak season, just before new year, and found this hotel very nice but would have expected a bit more for the price we paid. The hotel was beautiful, clean, breakfast was decent, but there was noise from the street and e.g. the airport transportation was not complimentary, unlike at most of the hotels nearby. The cost was not enormous (260 Bahts) but it's only 5 min by car (to compare: we paid 650 Bahts for the 45 min ride to the hotel from another side of Phuket). We had asked for a quiet room. The receptionist suggested we pay for upgrading so we would get a more quieter room. We decided to try the original and found it okay when using earplugs, and at least from outside (corridor) the more expensive room suffered from the same noise as our room. The hotel is within walking distance from the beach and restaurants there. We didn't use the complimentary transport there but tried the hotel bikes ones and found them very rusty and breaks were not fully working.

Excellent Hotel”

The location is excellent: nearby Phuket Internat. Airport, nearby beautiful beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent too.

Perfect hotel for night before early flight from Phuket”

Great hotel”

Great value for money. Room was super clear with great view of pool and grounds. Cafe on sote was great with good food for when you dont want to walk to the beach. Beach here is quiet, not as nice as others in phuket but good for a walk. Staff were friendly and pool was great.

The best of nearest Phuket airport hotel”

We came to Phuket with the last flight and arrived at the airport about midnight. This hotel was our option to stay overnight and go further place in the morning. Room is big enough for 2 person and family up to 4.

Exceptional”
