Comfortable stay”
We enjoyed a comfortable stay during a weekend. The hotel was packed but we were feeling at ease. Breakfast was superb (for the price). The atmosphere was fantastic. Just one thing we would like to hotel to improve is the check-in process. Please speed it up. It took longer than normal procedures at other hotels, even though there was no queue.

Beautiful hotel with great service”
We stayed in an executive suite. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The room was very comfortable and clean. Our teenage daughter was brought a single bed to our living room space. This was an extra $50 USD charge per night.

I was using เที่ยวด้วยกัน program from Thai government to book with discount... for basic room it was on 7th floor. Great big room high ceiling n big bathroom. I saw a big pool but not allowed anyone to use during Covid 19 pandamic? Small soap n shampoo bottles provided, not enough for 2 persons twice a day shower! Great big Lobby with a very helpful friendly staffs. 5 minutes walk to BTS Victory Munoment surrounded with coffee shops shopping malls n restaurants.

Top of the Line, 1st class all the way”
The staff if nothing alone makes Pullman what it is. The staff treats you like family, like they've known me for years. Besides the great service throughout my stay at the last moment a front desk attendant asked if I had a parking pass to validate? I told her I did but the past was in my car in the parking garage. I asked her if I should go get it and she told me that she would accompany me to my car get the pass and validate it for me there saving me from having to walk all the way back to the front desk. Better than first class service, this was family service! The room was everything I expected out of a five star hotel. The lounges were exceptional and the breakfast buffet in the morning was possibly the best in town. It included everything from Western cuisine to just about every type of international cuisine you could imagine. Don't even think twice about this property perfectly centered great walking distance to many restaurants and bars. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Stayed here for almost every week for business travel. The hotel is located in very good location, just ~10 minutes walk from Victory Monument BTS station, also easy to come via personal car as well (there is plenty of parking lot here) and importantly, the price is reasonable.
