Lovely hotel. My kids love it as it is conveniently located next to shopping mall. Easy to get all the things we need. Very nice, comfortable bed. Breakfast was alright.

Hotel is located in the central. A shopping centre so large that it combines with another at the opposite road. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is all friendly and very helpful. Will be back to stay again on 1/12/2022. Looking forward to this coming one.

The room was clean. Requested for birthday 🎂 surprise for my hubby and it was nicely done. Simple but meaningful. Thank you housekeeping staff & all the staff that make it possible for my hubby to celebrate his belated birthday. It was a short gateway in Jakarta but really enjoyed it. Hotel with 2 giant malls in Jakarta ”
The hotel is joining with 2 malls, Central Park n Neo Soho. We spent one night there. We took a deluxe room at six floor. The room was not big but comfortable and good malls view. The mini bathroom separates from mini toilet without lock. There is a magnifying glass for touch up. We get 3/4 kinds of Dilmah tea and also get raw coffee with Grinding machine and 4 glass bottles mineral water. The breakfast was delicious, so many optional foods n drinks. My 7 and 9 yo children can join for free. The pools quite big, but the toilet n changing room is upstairs. We enjoy the stay..

great. i have a great time here. cool views, amazing service and facilities. but the swimming pool quite dirty and kinda small. there's no playground or kids swimming pool. but the room and service is amazing. they provide you with anything you need. no need to go out. the food is yummy. love the city view. value for money. definitely will go there again
