The guy who greets all guests when they arrive did not crack a smile on any of the four days we were there. Not a good first welcoming impresssion. The front desk staff need to pay attention to next people in line, as it’s a wide counter and people just push in. There needs to be a clear line to queue up. There’s no priority for Accor Plus members either. The pool area needs some commercial outdoor fans as it gets very little airflow and can feel quite hot and uncomfortable. There are two small ones in the dining area which are pretty useless also. It also takes a while for pool side service, numerous times we waited over 20mins. The pool is a good size but only has 5 two bed cabanas and one large one on the end. It’s not a pool you’ll be tanning by with all the shading. It’s also 1.2m deep end to end. One of the most annoying things is that once you enter the elevator on the ground floor, you need to get off at the fourth floor and walk past the bar area to another set of lifts to get to your room. I would suggest staying in the club residence rooms which is located on level 4. I had a premier room facing Orchard road which was somewhat spacious, not huge, and the view was partially obstructed by frosted tint. I stayed four nights and our room cards didn’t work on three separate times. The digital key on Accor app also didn’t work at all. Location is the best thing about this hotel. Would highly recommend staying here for those on a budget. The gym was quite small. Hopefully the hotel considers making some changes based on my experience above.

We were impressed with the FO staff H. She is not local (I believe is korean) but she spoke fluent english. She explained professionally to all the important details that we needed to know and the way to navigate to our room. Once arrived, to our surprise, the respective teams managed to do up a simple birthday decoration with a customized cake, handwritten card, fruit platter and macarons We were very impressed with the Hotel teams'/team member's professionalism, thoughtfullness and creativity and will be looking forward to staying with Pullman Singapore Orchard again Apart from staycay review, the room was pretty clean and tidy. It was well equipped with all the amenities as stated. The hotel's location is very convenient as it was located in the heart of Orchard Road where you can do alot of shopping and eating

The perfect pick in Orchard!”
If you're in two minds about which hotel to pick in Singapore, look no further. The Pullman is in a prime location in Orchard, directly opposite both Paragon Shopping Centre and Takashimaya. Moreover, it is newer than its neighbours, presenting as modern and classy. What really makes this the perfect stay is the staff who go out of their way to ensure their guests' comfort and satisfaction. I'm writing this review for my previous stay while just starting my second stay with them. A shout out to duty managers Andre and Gladys for making accommodations for my mum's needs given her limited mobility. Eric and Veera, the bell staff, have been more than helpful with the heavy lifting. Hailey at the front office is incredibly welcoming with her genuine smile and friendliness. The club team are top-notch, with Taufiq, Reina, Josie and Dahlia making the Archive Club a much-appreciated retreat for work and refreshments. I've had the pleasure of staying at many lovely hotels during my travels and am delighted to find this gem locally. My heartfelt gratitude to the whole team at Pullman Singapore Orchard for such a pleasant experience! :)
