Hello, We stayed at Puri Gangga resort and Spa in Ubud and had a lovely time 🙂, we stayed in the Deluxe Pool view room which is beautiful and clean and has a large bath. We stayed 5 nights. The rooms were like the pictures from our booking 🙂 They cleaned and made our beds daily and fresh new towels daily. Our booking came with a complementary 15min foot massage which was heavenly and welcome drink. We got upgraded from a garden view to pool view room. The staff overall was friendly and polite. The wifi wasn’t the best, wasn’t connecting most of the time. We had a local sim and international sim which was better. Small thing every time we would leave the grounds someone from reception was always asking “where are you going?” It happened multiple times. Just a small thing we were getting annoyed about. I’m sure it was friendly enough but it was a bit much every time we leave to go anywhere. We hired a NMax 160cc bike to get around, contact through the resort , which was cheaper than hiring a taxi every where we went, we were comfortable enough to drive and have had previous experience riding. You can use gojek too to check prices, but bike was convenient for us. Breakfast was ala carte, and had options from local and western options, fresh juices and coffee and pastries. Food at the restaurant was ok, we’ve had better. After the 2nd or 3rd day we had tried most things on the menu , had vegetarian optios as well . So started getting repetative. The spa at the resort is beautiful and pleasant, Spa ladies especially Purnimar I believe her name she had magical hands, the foot massage was amazing. I had also gotten the flower milk bath which took 1 hr to design and you get 1 hr to your self amongst the lush greenback drop . Great for insta photos too 🙂 The location of the resort is close to Tagallalong Rice Terraces, about 10mins the whole strip has many pool bars, cafes, bali swings and local shopping. Overall the stay was pleasant and

we stayed in Puri gangga for 3nights in one their villas. this place is so tranquil. we were really close to nature. I went for yoga every day in the morning. we did a couple's spa package with the flower bath. the food is amazing, from breakfast lunch and dinner. everything is amazing !!! I wish we could have stayed longer. for sure this will be our place if we ever come back to ubud. thank you puri gangga staff for making our stay very comfortable !!! hats off to your hospitality. The word perfect is an understatement, Puri Gangga Resort is way beyond. They surpass our expectation. The price is reasonable and even cheap as compared to the value and service that they will give you. The experience is breathtaking. The facilities and rooms are well kept and clean. Everything is in order. I love the amenities, it’s not a big resort but I think it’s enough considering it just answers to your needs. One thing that really strikes us are the inclusions in the hotel, they cater to a 30 mins. Yoga everyday, a 15 mins welcome foot massage, free afternoon tea everyday and the free welcome drinks. They also have shuttle services going to and from Ubud center. Last but not the least, Our experience will not be this perfect without the magnificent service of the whole staff of the resort. Everyone is so polite and really knows what a good customer Service is. They prioritize their clients and is very keen in all their needs. I have never seen this kind of service from any other hotels, even from a 5 star and big resorts. We really appreciate everything here in Puri Gangga. We had a wonderful and superb experience in this hotel! Lucky we found this as I'm the one in- charge to find the hotel for our group. The location is very peaceful and near some tourist spots. So we easily reach Ceking Rice Terraces, Alas Harum and Tirta Empul via Gojeck taxi. I've been in many hotels before even first class, but the staff here are exceptional. They are very attentive and respectful. Always asking, always approaching us and looking out if we need anything to make our stay as convenient as possible. I think they even surpass the hospitality of our country lol. I was looking also for a hotel with a reasonable price for a floating breakfast and flower bath activity and this hotel offers a great one unlike other hotels that some in my travel group recommend ,their prices are outrageously expensive. This one just make my friend's dream come true. She celebrated her birthday here and had an amazing time with her floating breakfast and flower bath. Plus a bonus, the staff including the manager surprised my friend with a delicious birthday cake and they sang her a birthday song. I highly recommend this hotel and will post this review in my travel groups :)
