It was my first solo trip to Vietnam. All the staff were really kind, and above all, I was able to stay comfortably without any shortcomings in cleanliness, which I consider most important. The condition of the room was always well-kept, allowing me to rest comfortably, and the soundproofing was also good, making it a nice quiet place to stay. In particular, the staff always greeted me with smiles, which really made me feel warmly welcomed during my solo travels and provided me with great support. The only regret was coming alone, but if I have the chance to visit Da Nang again, I would have no hesitation in choosing the same accommodation. The satisfaction relative to the price is also high, so I would strongly recommend it.

Da Nang Trip – June 8th to 11th We stayed at the Radisson Hotel Da Nang, which we had pre-booked. The hotel has a fantastic location situated right across from the beach. The property is very clean and features a sleek modern design. The rooftop area and pool are excellent, offering great views especially at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. From the receptionist, bellboy to the bartenders on the rooftop and the team at Omelee Spa, everyone was courteous, welcoming and always greeted us warmly. Special thanks to: * Mr. Hao (Bellboy) – He helped us arrange transportation, which was seamless. The driver was punctual, knowledgeable about the area and the vehicle was clean. * Ms. Uyen (Omelee Spa front desk) – Friendly and attentive. * Mr. Duong (Breakfast counter) – Polite and helpful. * Ms. Tuyen (Receptionist) – Professional and warm in her service. Happy with this hotel. Great room and great variety for breakfast. Water pressure from shower is a bit low though. Looks new, modern and clean. Slightly further from my khe beach but it’s ok for us as we only went to the beach for a morning. Took a grab which is 2 - 3 dollars probably and we walk back from the beach for slightly over 2km. If you are a beach goer, then maybe stay nearer to the beach may be more convenient. Also a short grab away from the center such as son tra market and the dragon bridge

My family had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Hotel. The staff was eager to assist from the moment we entered. Our room was a premium ocean view, clean and well-equipped. It would have been even better with a bathtub. The breakfast buffet was nutritious and diverse. The infinity pool was worth the money. The only regret was coming alone, but if I visit Da Nang again, I would have no hesitation in choosing the same accommodation.
