One of the best”
Firstly I want to give a huge compliment to Maria ,as we arrived at the reception, she accommodated me and my partner to check- in early. Very efficient and professional. Maria also recommended few places to visit and we found these places amazing. The staff from the pool side - young Filipino staff are so good 👍 The location of the hotel is a huge plus, it's very central to all we wanted to see. The riverview from our room and the sunset. The breakfast selections is also unbelievable 😋 the spread of varieties is so delightful. They made our stay extra special when they left a Christmas stocking filled with Christmas cookies, we find it very thoughtful on Christmas day! Highly recommend this hotel, and big thanks to All the staff. We shall see you again.

This hotel is great if you want to stay alongside the river. It's a bit far from the airport, took around 40-60 mins from Don Mueang / Suvarnabumi. The hotel staff at FD was really nice and helpful. I forgot to ask her name but she was really great and make sure all check-in process was smooth. You can find refreshment near the check-in counter. They have rosella and chrysanthemum tea that you can have with snacks while waiting for c/i process. They have 2 lifts in the middle that is bigger, normal size, and the other one which is smaller, like for 2-3 persons only. Room was great. I love the interior. It's city view but you can enjoy the river view when you have breakfast. Breakfast was good. I love the Thai food buffet, taste great. They have varieties of food, also they separate for halal food. The price is also affordable for hotel alongside the chao praya. They also have boat transportation to nearby harbor. You can check the information at concierge.

Great location, they provide me room with the beautiful scenery of chao phraya river. Awesome. The room was neat, tidy and clean. They also provide free shuttle boat to pier taksin. And from there you can go to icon siam mall by connecting boat and its free also. The hotel staff was friendly and mostly understand english so well so you dont miss anything. I would highly recommend this hotel and surely would come and stay here later. Great job!

A touch of class with the private & free hotel boat shuttle”
A touch of class with the private & free hotel boat shuttle to the nearest train station (BTS) & public pier (Sathorn Pier). We got the rooms with the River View and the view was amazing and peaceful. The lighted dinner cruise boats passing by and making the U turn back just to the left of the river was such a beautiful sight that we cannot get enough. We booked 3 rooms and they were all large, clean and comfortable. We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and like the place so much that we cancelled our other bookings after Pattaya to stay for the duration of our Thailand holiday. Hotel breakfast was 5 star ! Very good spread. And the settings by the river is another plus for us. Restaurant staff were efficient and professional though some more English would be great. I wanted my eggs local Thai omelette style but the chef could not understand other than the standard menu items. Hotel pool was beautifully resortish, private and we love the landscaping. We stayed in Anantara previously and this place is up there for less price. Asiatique is just walking distance and street food aplenty outside. The 24 hr rice porridge place near the local yum cha place is another amazing must try (10mins walk on the right, halfway towards Chatrium - ask the locals) We will be back.

Walking distance with Asiatique. Huge bed and can fit 2 adults with 2 children comfortably. Still had extra space. Superior room was small choose deluxe if need more space since the price not differ too much. The free shuttle boat was very helpful. Depart every 20 minutes and punctual I said, would send you to Sathorn Pier. From there you can ride the free shuttle boat to iconsiam since sooksiam is a must visit for street food hunting. Hop on hop off boat also located at Sathorn Pier and the ticket was cheap for all day ride. You will save a lot of money to visit attraction since grab or tuk2 was not that cheap.

Great stay in difficult times”
We stayed here just as Thailand went into semi lockdown for the covid 19 pandemic as we were waiting for a flight to get us home. The hotel was handling the situation very well and everything was being cleaned regularly and there was hand gel everywhere. Its hard to rate alot of the services as everything had to be closed (gym,spa,pool, etc) but they all looked very good and i would stay again in the future just to be able to try them out!! The location by the river is great and our room was amazing with beautiful views. Huge room with the nicest bed ever and the bath was so lovely to soak in! Breakfast was pretty good despite them scaling it right back as there was barely any guests and then even when they had to move it to the club lounge they tried their best to still have decent options. We had club lounge benefits and it is so worth it, lovely big area with fantastic views, great afternoon tea and lovely evening food and drinks, way more than nibbles thats for sure, we certainly never needed anything more and we are vegetarian so had limited options! I do hope the hotel gets through these difficult times as the staff there were so so amazing, even helping me find a run route around the hotel grounds so i could do my training, such wonderful people. Will go back when the world has got through these difficult times.

5 stars for the quality customer service we received from the front office staff, concierge and their housekeeping staff. The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms and bed and is located close to a local market where I got my fix of real street food on a daily basis. We took the shuttle service (tuk tuk) to Asiatique for a wonderful stroll (and for “cleaner” and slightly expensive though still relatively cheap food!). They also have a shuttle boat service that goes to the pier where you can take the public transit (boat, bus, train) to get around Bangkok. I have to reiterate the quality customer service and care we receive from the staff. Big thanks to the Asst. Manager Jessica and her front office crew and as well as Kalong from Concierge and her staff for making us feel valued. I surely will come back to this hotel and will recommend to friends and family

Exceeded our expectations”
It was our wedding anniversary and we booked a different 5 star hotel along the Chao Phraya River. The other hotel cancelled our booking the last minute. Luckily, we were able to get a booking at Ramada. The hotel looked old outside but was very nice inside. The staff were kind and accommodating. They even set up the bed with rose petals for us. The breakfast buffet was good considering it's covid and there are only few guests. The swimming pool was very nice. It was a very wonderful stay. Thank you, Ramada Plaza. 5 stars for you and I will give more if I can.

I stayed there for 2 nights with breakfast plan. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was good and staff members were amazing. I had small problem with bathroom door and leaking from Air condition ( if happens in rainy season). My issue was solved by Ms. Maria within a minute and she shifted me to new room. I tried to meet her again to thank her but her shift was changed. Hotel provides free boat shuttle which drops at Santan Pier from where you can book hop on hop off boat for city tour.

Hotel suited us for everything we needed lovely view of the river and watching cruise ships was lovely to see at night, location was perfect and so close to Asiatique where there was plenty to do and good choices of restaurants would definitely use this hotel again if we need to come to Bangkok.
