The renos are nice, just a few details missing. Like, the jets in the hottub didnt work, and the shower at the pool was only cold.... little things, but they add up. Also they didnt have my reservation when i got there, even though i had confirmation through agoda. Bed was comfortable, and i liked the rainfall shower.

No office center… no microwave… I booked my room it says breakfast included but when I check in FrontDesk says it’s not included … That’s amazing for deceiving me of my booking ..
booked the room through Agoda and prepaid through them. At arrival to hotel a credit card was required just for damage deposit I was led to belief. I found out later on my credit card statement that the hotel use my credit card to pay for the room. I explained and showed proof that it was prepaid through Agoda and was told that the mistake would be corrected and the my account credited for the hotel stay. Four phone calls later and now almost a month still not credited. Every call I am told that they will look into it. I do not live in the area so contact is via phone. starting to get a bit upset.

I’ve noticed some great improvements over the past few years. The room renovations make everything feel more modern. The heated bathroom floors are a fantastic touch, especially in colder weather. It’s also nice that they now offer breakfast. The downtown location is perfect, with restaurants and a great donut shop within walking distance. Comfortable and convenient overall.
