The owner of property Mr. ***is very humble person. 2. Mr. ***and other lady person is too good and very helpful. 3. House keeping staffs are good. 4. The property located on the pattaya beach road itself. Just 20 meters the beach view suite rooms. 5.World meeting point walking street about 40 minutes. 6. Step down from the property plenty of indian 🇮🇳 restaurants in and around property. 7. Transportation like tuk tuk, private cars, Grab and Bolt on the property door step pick up and drop. 8. Plenty of shoppings right from platform till mall in and around property. 9. Medical shops and 24/7 Dr's clinics in and around property. 10. Many of the beach activities like parasailing, motor bike on sea, bannan boad, speed boat⛵ etc across the property. 11. Thai🇹🇭 traditional massage centers from the downstairs of the property. 12.
