In general, Hotel Gina Suite was okay! Cheap but clean. Our problem was we visited Brunei at the wrong time - Ramadhan. Everything was on a standstill - no eating and drinking during the daytime. But the hotel's friendly staff bought most of the food for us to eat inside the room.

Lowest price I could find in that period of time in Brunei and the location is right in Gadong , few steps away from Gadong Centrepoint Hotel with lots of restaurants near by. The staff was nice and very helpful. Basically, the name tells everything. Good value !

Pros; size of room, comfort of bed and carpets, bathroom, tv in room, Internet is reliable, staff booked me a cab to airport which was bang on time Cons; bit of a walk from the central area (20/25mins) and taxis are hard to come by here without advanced booking. No breakfast option

First time in Brunei and we stayed two nights at D Anggerek. Our room a Queen sized double was exceedingly spacious and everything you would expect from a quality serviced apartment. Bell, the owner, is one of thefriendliest hosts I have ever met. We had a lovely stay. Bell helped us as much as possible by picking us up from the airport and giving us a ride to the center.
