Nord-Pas-de-Calais hotels & accommodations

Staff were friendly, room was clean (go for the prestige, it's impressive). One night we popped the tv on to fall asleep to and it could switch from French to English language dubbing which is so silly but such a cool feature! Was pretty close to the centre - maybe not as close as in the actual centre, But lille is very small so it wasn't a problem at all and is not of...

By far the best thing about this hotel is the location directly opposite the main train station (which itself is a short walk from the Eurostar station). This means it's also right near the main square, and a short walk from the old cobble-stoned part of town. The bike hire station right out the front is particularly convenient for seeing the city. Wifi was free and wo...

Been using this motel for many years as a stop off from Calais to elsewhere in France and for a one or two night stay it's great value. It's a bit out of the way but if you are not drinking it's only a few minute drive to the many great restaurants in Saint Omer. It is beginning to show it's age in places but nothing that spoiled our stay and for this money you can't ...

We used this hotel for an overnight stay on a shopping trip to Calais. The price did not include breakfast which we arranged on arrival at reception and was plentiful. The hotel is not far from the port and is close to a very good supermarket and wine store. There is a regular bus service into Calais about 5 mins walk from the hotel. It has good overnight secure car pa...

The location to Lille Europe train station was good. Check in was a nightmare, we were not told that reception closed at 7pm, we were not send codes to get in the building or the key safe. We were very lucky that other guests helped us as the phone number for assistance hung up on us before we could speak to anyone! The room was basic, we had to clean it before leaving...

We stayed here for two nights when visiting Lille. It isn't in the centre but Lille is so easy to get around with a good metro system and it's only a 5 minute walk from Marbriere station. The rooms are unique, bed was comfy and style and finishing is nice. We were greeted by a French Lady that was so pleasant. She welcomed us with coffee and stuck around to give us i...

signage from road was poor ,alas we drove around Lille for 60 mins before finding Hotel. The group of 4 had an evening meal on the Friday night. VERY POOR . No options whatsoever on the main course . Food was lukewarm , and to be honest was not worth the 17 Euros per head , hence we did not repeat . The accomodation was good , the rooms being clean & warm

I selected this hotel for its close proximity to the Eurostar terminal and what a lucky find it was. Good price on Agoda, 3 friends shared a lovely big room with a big bed and 2 singles. Friends found the beds a bit hard but I liked it by the 2nd night. Lovely clean room, kitchen area, clean bathroom, seperate loo, friendly staff, I really cannot fault this hotel in an...

Friendly, helpful staff. Easy parking in our van. Quick check in. Room spotlessly clean. 10 min walk into town which was buzzing on a Friday night. Lots of good value restaurants to chose from. Very quiet location, but easy to find and we were quickly in our way after good value breakfast. Would definitely recommend as stopover. Has the advantage of quick access to a...

I've gotten bite everywhere after the only one night sleep. It's itching me too much, the most horrible accomodation experience I ever have. Won't go again, and alert for those who are going pay highly attention to your mattres. 睡一晚後被床蟲咬得全身都是 到現在已經一週了每天還是好癢很紅腫很醜 請大家小心注意!

I thought the hotel to be exceptional value for the price. The hotel is two minutes away from the train station and the Eurostar station. It is within a few minutes walk to the Grand Place. It is just off a main street that is always busy, making it feel very safe; in fact. With it being a few minutes from Grand Place, you have everything around you. The bed was comfy ...

What a pleasant surprise to find a hotel like this in France, at such an excellent place. Unlike many European hotels, this hotel could be called spacious. Sure, it was minimalistic - cardboard coffee cups, milk in a sachet - but it was very clean and more than one English TV channel. Staff at breakfast, the bar and reception were all excellent. Helpful, and all spok...

The Atlantic Hotel holds a prime position overlooking the beach and offers al fresco cafe society facilities. To enjoy the hotel and its location, decent weather is required. We were unlucky and the awful, unseasonal weather spoilt our stay. The simple pleasures on offer in Wimereux require that some outside activity is possible.

Although the rooms are generally small and the breakfast/eating area is also small but it's clean, the bed is comfortable and the heating was good. Most of all, the location is very ideal, being next to the train stations, very near a main shopping mall and an easy walking distance to the centre of town. The staff were polite, overall friendly and tried their best to a...

My wife and I wanted to travel to Lille and its vicinity for a three day city break. It took us quite a while to select a suitable hotel. Most of the hotels we saw were in the city centre and somehow did not quite look like what we wanted. However, finally we saw the details of this hotel and also found that it had very good ratings at certain other travel sites. The r...

hotel is ok, a little expensive for the basic hotel it is. The room block is a short 20-40 metre walk from reception, rooms are basic but clean and functional. Location is quite good and lots of options for food nearby. Probably the best of the local hotels there.

Very disappointed The reception staff when i rang to say we would be there but a bit later than thought he was very rude and hung the phone up on me 3 times. Also not advised that the restaurant was closed. when we arrived the 2 rooms we had were not the best in 1 room the hairdrier was broken and in my room the kettle lid was broken and the lid fell off and poured hot...

Pros - very cheap rate, proximity to Calais, staff helpful, basic breakfast available, rooms ensuite. Hotel Campanile next door entitled to small discount in restaurant - food and service very good. Cons - non smoking room, still had residual smell of stale cigarettes, limited natural light in room, ensuite facilities of the all in one moulded variety found in ferry ca...

Staff are very friendly but room was tiny, shower leaked onto the floor if shower curtain wasn’t perfect. Very thin walls, so we were awoken at 5 am. Staff dealt very professionally with an appearingly homeless woman who was insistent about having a room when we arrived.

Good value hotel. If you're looking for a cheap place to crash for the night this does the job. Not far from Calais so easy to get to we used this as stop over when travelling to Europe after arriving in Calais. Facilities are not great but for the price this is ok. The rooms was relatively clean but small. Parking on site is a plus point.

A cheaper alternative than Calais 25 miles away. Did the job,but expect no frills,an uncombable mattress,a bathroom you could just about stand up in.A third floor room without a lift. The only bonus was it was in better condition than most of this chain's hotels, nothing was falling apart, and this is one of the few occasions I have not found fault...that said, excellent ...

We were here for only a few days to attend a family event. We chose to stay here as the pictures of the room seems to be spacious, clean and simple. We only needed the room to sleep. However, when we reached there, the room is actually really small. There is no elevator. So you have to bring your luggage up the stairs. Thankfully it was only 1 flight of stairs. The roo...

A friend and I stayed while attending Euro 2016 we were there for a total of 8 hours, if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower it does the job, would not recommend staying here for many nights as the room and bathroom was very small. Also the WiFi was very slow. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

I left the Pacific Hotel due to its very poor facilities and when I arrived at Premiere Classe, I told the guy on reception about the lack of hot water, etc, there and it turned out he knew there was no hot water at the Premiere Classe either; I found out from other people staying there. I hoped to have a shower in the morning but not even a trickle. I do not expect t...

Close to the town centre, ask for a room facing quay side, the view is superb. The rooms are clean, the family atmosphere is pleasant, the food in the restaurant is well worth trying, the staff are lovely. It's one of my favourites, and I like to go back there whenever I go over to the UK, as it's only half an hour's drive from Eurotunnel. They also have a lovely displ...

We only stayed for one night as we were riding to Germany, check in was quick and easy. When checking in staff realised we were traveling on a motorcycle and as we were on the 2nd floor they changed our room to a ground floor. Room was warm, clean and comfortable. We also had an evening meal and the food was of a high standard. The outer gate is secured at night time a...

I have stayed in a lot of budget hotels including many in India - but none were as bad as this one. I was told the heating would come on at 5pm, then 7pm - did not. I asked twice about this and they got a maintenance guy in to 'fix' it. I went out and returned two hours later to find it was still not on. Also, I could only get a trickle of warm water out of the shower....

Well restored former merchants mansion. Quirky boutique style of decor. So much to look at and take in! Each bedroom individually designed and of a great standard. Breakfast very good. Grounds lovely. Bed very comfortable. Located in a village and is a little remote. Not a lot in the village. We found property fairly easily, but could do with better signage at entrance...

This is no architectural gem and is purely utilitarian. Having said that, the staff were all charming and seemed to genuinely want to ensure that you enjoyed your stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable. they do, however, suffer badly from noisy plumbing - your sleep is punctuated by your neighbours' use of their bathrooms. This is probably the best of the downtown C...

Excellent hotel. The restaurant opposite, Le Pot Beaujolais is absolutely fantastic, authentic Flemish food at very reasonable prices. The hotel recommended it and it was superb. Also has excellent wines. Even though the hotel is in the middle of everything, it was very quiet. Minutes to everything, Opera, station, restaurants, atm's and theatre

We have lost count of the number of times we've stayed, but always enjoy our stays here, usually for only one night. The rooms are excellent and we occasionally book a larger room, especially if my husband knows that he needs to do some work as there is more room for him to spread out. Bathroom facilities are good, and it's great that there are tea and coffee making ...

Firstly, this is a great B&B with clean and spacious accommodation. The host was friendly and helpful and put on a great breakfast. Unfortunately, there is major building work going on next door and the builders were there before 7.00 am each morning. Also, our bedroom was a floor above a gite. This is not a big problem other than the fact the occupants talked outside,...

Located just before the main part of the town this hotel has plenty of parking, at a premium in Le Touquet, and is only a ten minute stroll into the main shopping area. There's a pool and a tennis court for the active. Modern well appointed rooms.

I will recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to be able to stay again. The hotel was just opposite the central train station and was across the bridge to the excellent shopping mall Euralille. The room was very comfortable and I hardly felt like leaving it. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations about traveling and attractions.
