Quebec hotels & accommodations

Samantha checked us in and was very helpful and accommodating. Other staff members that we hadn't dealt with remembered us and our situation and we're very helpful. Was really nice to see. Calling after 11pm for some information and assistance wasn't the best but during the day they are. I really disliked the parking situation. You can only pay for valley and it...

The location, rooms, staff and the indoor parking were all great, however, the breakfast was abysmal with a very limited choice and they don’t have a dishwasher so every plate/knife/fork/cup is made of plastic/polystyrene and gets thrown away. I had read a review that mentioned this before I booked but I didn’t fully comprehend the sheer volume of waste being produced...

we had a pleasant stay in downtown quebec city. the room was large, confortable and well equipped, with free wifi internet. the pool is a little small, but we enjoyed it just the same. staff was very nice. valet parking efficient. too bad there is not an indoor garage. in december, it is quite cold in quebec city.

Rooms were terrific! As others have stated, they are small but packed with everything needed--fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Bathroom was perfect and accommodating. Bed was comfy. I was able to hit the IGA daily to stock up on water, lunches, snacks. etc. Metro station was minutes away so I could travel between downtown and old Montreal. Will definitely stay ther...

Situated across the street from the train staition, this hotel has spacious, up to dale rooms , great staff, lovely breakfast buffet and the best pool ever! Imagine getting into a pool indoors and then go through to an out door pool regardless of the temperature! Float away in the night undrer a starry sky - how unique and magical is that!! You can’t beat the pric...

great hotel with fun looking lobby. very close to the old city and china town, and there is a museum right accross the street, which i didn't check out due to time constraints. the rooms are nice and the amenities are very good. staff are fast and friendly. checking in and out was a breeze. overall i am very happy with the experience at the hyatt regency

We were 2 couples with 1 baby. We ordered 2 rooms for 1 night. One of the rooms had a strong lingering odour where they had cleaned up after a previous guest, but the staff immediately changed our room without any fuss, and both rooms although fairly small were clean and comfortable . Staff were lovely to deal with and our stay was pleasant. The hotel is aging, but con...

We met our friends in town (we are from out of town as well) for a night in the city. The hotel was comfortable, clean and a great location to everything. The next day we had a board meeting just 1/2 a block away (we had no idea when we booked how close it was). Everything with the check in and check out was efficient and easy. Would stay again in heartbeat.

Wonderful hotel. The pool was a little smaller than I expected but everything was good. Super comfy beds. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that there were no curtains to cover up the huge window in our room. Just a white mesh lace curtain. So in the morning the sunlight came through too brightly which was hard for us to sleep in. Other than that the rooms were cl...

This place was awesome! The staff were great at pointing us to the local sites and providing tips to save a few dollars. The room was beautiful and the bed provided on of the best sleeps I have ever had. The hotel is only two blocks from the Metro which takes you everywhere.

I've stayed at many 5 star properties and this hotel is at the top of the list with best bathroom experience ever. Even my 6 yo who has discriminating tastes thought this was the best hotel ever. And the concierge service was amazing. Thanks William!

This hotel is located in upper Quebec, which is a relatively short drive from Downtown and Old Quebec (through the city streets without having to go on the main highway.) The reception staff were very polite and efficient. Facilities are great including a pool with an on duty lifeguard and a gym. There is an upmarket French restaurant in house, where we enjoyed a grea...

I have stayed at this hotel a couple times now when travelling to Montreal for conventions or sports events. I love how clean and tidy the rooms are. Eveything is very organized and I’m always impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. This is very important to me when booking a hotel. They have upgraded the TV’s on the 4th floor since I last stayed there. T...

The hotel was very easy to find, it has a very good location (downtown) and everything is close. It was very clean and you can rest very well.

We arrived at Montreal from Halifax, after getting on 747 bus, and take the green line. The Hotel is just there, it located in a best place in Montreal, I can got anywhere I want by subway in half an hour or just walk. All these made me satisfied,, and the room is. big enough and extremely clear. The stuff is friendly and speak English well. I look forward to the next ...

perfect hotel location in downtown Montreal. Very friendly staff and excellent customer service. Venu, the front desk staff, offered right away assistance when we reported basin clogged in our room. We were so impressed with his professional attitude when dealing with issues, fixed it within 30 mins. Thank you all Comfort Suites Hotel staff.

My husband and I just spent 5 nights at the Novotel Downtown Montreal. This is a great hotel for the price you pay. It is about a 25 minute taxi ride from the airport and is located within walking distance to almost anything you'd like to do in Montreal. Old Montreal is about a 30-40 minute walk and there is easy access to shops, restaurants and the Bell Center. The fr...

The reason I book this was for how close it was to the train station, we had to take the first train early morning and it was super convenient, staff was great and the room was very clean and comfortable. My only comment will be that we went to the restaurant due to the rain that day and it was a very presentable restaurant, the lady at the bar was friendly and very i...

I'd always skipped over Westins because of the high price, but Agoda got us a great deal. We made a last-minute decision to get away at the end of a school vacation, so we said "what the heck?" and booked it without a single thought to planning. I'm so glad we did. The room was amazing. Best mattress I've ever slept on, double-shower head invites you to stay in there...

This was the second time staying at the Le Centre Sheraton Hotel. Our room this time was smaller and a corner room. The bed was comfy and the Starbucks coffee machine is good for the morning. The internet was alright, I anticipated better connection but perhaps it was due to our room location. The fitness center has a nice pool and the hot tub has great jets. The hotel...

We chose the Intercontinental Montreal for a short break due to its proximity to the train station and the old town, as well because it appeared to be by far the cheapest 4 Star hotel in Montreal - something that made me a little worried. I had read the reviews before booking and was expecting an older hotel that was nothing particularly special. In fact, myself, my wi...

Beware there are two Comfort Inn Aeroport hotels, and this is not the Comfort Inn Montreal Areoport one. It's the Comfort Inn Aeroport Dorval. Identical buildings, a good 5km apart. If you need a hotel your first or last nights because of flights, this is great. I wouldn't stay here as a Montreal vacation hotel, which I'm assuming goes without saying, but you never kno...

The staff is very kind to help us call the tour agency and to check on their time of arrival while we were waiting at the lobby. On top of that, the hotel is located near Place des Arts station (you need to find the right exit that's the closest to the hotel). The hotel also provides microwave and mineral water which is a plus point as many hotels don't provide them....
Cheap places to stay in Quebec

It is so well-decorated I feel like I was living in a museum. Breakfast is simple, bread and many choice of spread, e.g. jam, butter, chocolate, honey, cream cheese and peanut butter. They also provide maple oat meal which is very local style. But I wonder why they didn't provide maple syrup for bread.

Although the booking was thought to be at a bed and breakfast, the stay at this hostel was very good. Parking was limited but due to the winter season not a problem. Staff was most helpful and interested in meeting our needs. The room was spacious with the most interesting wall art made of tiles. Very lovely. Breakfast was make it yourself as is the custom at a ho...

This is really a French-style hotel from decoration to customer service. The breakfast here is simple but delicious with pancake and some other foods. Everyone are friendly and nice. It takes about 15min to Old Montréal by metro. Just a small stuff because the wifi connection doesn't work in my room. However, I still like this hotel.

We booked this hotel for 1 night as our flight arrival is late at night and we wanted a place near the airport to rest for the night before moving to another hotel for the rest of the Quebec trip. It’s a short 10min drive from airport and for this price, there’s breakfast and a clean and spacious room.

its a comfortable stay and the room was clean. however, the breakfast was basic. we were given a choice of only coffee and croissant/muffin. the lobby was very small and there is no elevator. its very inconvenient for group like us where we have big luggage. however, the location is good , and is near to public buses.

The apartment is over my expectation. Once I stepped in, I could feel how homely it is. Spacious and well-designed. Their customer service was also on-point. I had some questions and they replied immediately. I was comfortable cooking and sleeping safely in the apartment. It was clean and taken care by their management. One of the best is they provide all the cooking u...

Great value, super convenient to airport, big clean room, comfy bed, fridge, nice staff, easy parking. Yogurt, fruit and coffee at free breakfast. No complaints. If I were to nitpick, no elevator for heavy bags to 2nd floor, but kind man at reception desk even offered to carry up for me.

The receptionist at check in was extraordinary, she was extremely friendly and helpful and very welcoming. A subsequent request was fulfilled immediately. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was tiny but acceptable. The children enjoyed the pool

Very friendly, welcoming hosts. Beautiful, large, peaceful rooms. Walls are a little thin, but as long as the other guests are quiet, that's not a problem! Delicious breakfast, gave me the chance to brush up on my French. Riviere-du-Loup has the second most beautiful sunsets in the world, and Cacouna did not disappoint! It's a great place to stopover between two long d...

Great property and location., which can not be faulted. Unusual concept where there are not front of house staff to meet/interact with. The room we had was equipped with cooking facilities, which was used to make a meal with ingredients purchased from the Jean Talon market. From the moment you leave the front of the property you are immersed in the heart of old histor...

After arriving in Quebec from Montreal where 4 adults were in the smallest room, we were pleasantly surprised to arrive at the Hotel Citadell to find a very big spacious room for us to spread out. Not only a good room but the location was relatively close to the downtown area. Free parking was a bonus and the breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is well located and rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is basic but fine- One needs to pay for the coffee in the room but there is free coffee in the lobby at all times. There is no fridge or micro-waves in the room. Overall a good hotel if all you need is a place to sleep.

Great location near the Atwater Metro Station. Close to Rue St Catherine with many amenities and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room had a kitchenette with full-size fridge and oven. The wifi was an extra $5 per day, but they provide you with a wifi router to connect all your devices. Very high-speed internet too. Would definitely stay here again....

had music gear to haul up icy exterior stairs and they said that was the best way and there were interior safe stairs on just the other side - told front desk about the lack of sleep because of noise and their reaction was oh well... (sucks to be you implied) I had ear plugs in and it couldn't shut out the noise... but on the positive, clean nice furnishings, good co...

What a wonderful stay we had with Myra. The house is lovely, well decorated. The room was spacious, sparkling clean and the bathroom had lots of amenities. the living room is a beautiful place to read a book or have a conversation. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast, ver diverse and perfectly cooked by Myra. You can't go wrong with this exceptional B&B.

This is a great place to spend a few nights in the centre of Montreal, located between old Montreal and St. Laurent blvd, making it easier to walk everywhere. The room was very clean and quiet even though it was in a busy area. My single room had a twin bed which was comfortable with lovely soft bedding and the perfect size for one traveler. The bathroom is small but...

4-star hotels in Quebec

Samantha checked us in and was very helpful and accommodating. Other staff members that we hadn't dealt with remembered us and our situation and we're very helpful. Was really nice to see. Calling after 11pm for some information and assistance wasn't the best but during the day they are. I really disliked the parking situation. You can only pay for valley and it...

Facility was very clean. Rooms were good size. Enjoyed river view. Both dinner and breakfast meals were delicious. We were very impressed with the menu selection, quality and presentation of the meals. The staff were very courteous and personable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we re-booked for our return trip.

This is an excellent airport hotel which is value for money. Provides free shuttle service to and fro Montreal Airport. Everything was great except for the fact the instructions on where to wait for the airport shuttle was not clear on both the website and airport directory if this is the first time in Montreal Airport. For the benefits of those first timer. Th...

The hotel is very clean, has nice amenities such as a beautiful lobby, great pool area and with it being located in such beautiful grounds - it is very relaxing. The staff at check in and check out were extremely focused on customer service and made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely come back. I rated the location as a 3 due to it being a bit of a drive (1...

We needed a last minute place to stay and wanted to be close to the airport. We were able to book two rooms for the family and couldn't have been more happy with our choice. Everything was great, but the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff at the front desk, bar, and kitchen (breakfast) were fantastic.

After the wicked weather of Dec. 23, 22017 we were more then welcomed into the lobby of the Hampton Inn and Suites. Not only was the staff at the desk friendly but also professional. They did not mind that we arrived 3 hours earlier then planned. Weather has a way of doing that you either get there early or late. They set up for the shuttle to take us to the airpor...

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay at Manor de la Terrasse. We arrived early but the staff had our room ready. The lady who checked us in was enthusiastic showing us a map and explaining the events taking place during our stay. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the park. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Quebec City.

The hotel itself was decent and in a great location. It was our first time to Mont Tremblant and we went in the summer. It was an excellent location as there was a lot of activities and things to do in and around the resort. I was not prepared for the number of activities available - from riding the gondola up a mountain, wall climbing, lots of eating... but of course,...

Pros - Very good location - Free airport shuttle (pick up and drop off). The shuttle will be at Gate 8 - Very friendly and accommodating staff - Free coffee at the lobby in the morning for those who are waiting for the shuttle service Cons - Minimal in room amenities ( no room slippers, toothbrush, complimentary bottled water, etc as a standard compared to other hotel...

The only flaw was how dark the room and hallways were. You could turn on every light in the room and it was still dark. When I came off the elevator it was so dark in the hallway I almost ran into the luggage cart being drawn by the valet because I couldn't see it.

Three days wedding anniversary trip to Quebec with my husband. We booked a room can see the swimming pool in high floor with balcony. Candle light dinner at the small balcony, so romantic. Good facilities for the children- swimming pool, water slide, water dropping games, big air cushion for the kids to jump. Game machines for children and adults. Jacuzzi, sauna, gym ...
